Wow! What an experience. Sue Ann, our guide was enthusiastic and warm and did a great job of describing the history, construction, and modifications to the facility. The tour is worth the time.

How could it not be 5 stars? Wouldn't be Sydney without the Opera House. Great to walk around it and with the backdrop of the Harbour Bridge it's all amazing.

SYDNEY SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA I went to the Opera house recently for an evening concert. The Opera bar was busy and the Concert Hall was full. They played Beethoven's Third Symphony and Ravel's Piano Concerto in G major. The Sydney Symphony played beautifully as usual and the soloist, Vikingur Olafsson was excellent. A great concert. Bit expensive though. Ticket $168 - Ok, it's a world-class orchestra in a world-class venue. Dinner $85 - Ok, good food and a great location, but the service was dreadful at The East Chinese restaurant at circular Quay. So bad I won't go there again. Parking $45 - Too much Petrol $22 - Too much Tolls $30 - Too much Total $350, 28% of which is annoying
