You went behind our front desk and took our window tint display without permission and proceeded to walk around the lobby with it and tried taking it outside without our permission Mr Rick Doria, and when we came out in the lobby we simply told you that wasn’t okay and you got upset. You never brought any of these things up about the tint. I’m assuming you’re only leaving this review because we didn’t appreciate you taking a $200 piece of glass and trying to walk out our front door with it to examine it in the sun, as far as false accusations I don’t know what we flash accused you of as we walked out and you were holding the glass in your hand across our lobby.

Hello! You never reached out to us about this what so ever. We accomated you after you were over 30 minutes late to your appointment, We also waived our 15 minute late fee, and finished your car in a timely manner. You also got the job done yesterday 2/28/26 and left a review the very next day the film hasn't even had a full 2 weeks to cure as we stated at the time of pickup. Nor did you reach out to us to ask us about it. We carry a lifetime warranty on the film and the install for absolutely free of charge if there are any problems. We've been around for almost 10 years and never run away from any problems. We take care of customers and stand behind them when there are problems that arise. Now to your comment of the windows not being wiped down we actually scrub the windows down with our cleaning solution to ensure the window has a perfect install, what you are describing is probably the window tint "sweating" / "curing" which we let you know when you picked up the vehicle "Do not roll the windows down for 2-3 days" and "You might notice moisture for up to 2 weeks as the weather is constasntly changing and it needs time to cure." We are here to help and are always taking care of customers. Reach out to us and we will make things right if there is truly a problem.
