So easy and convenient
Excellent communication from the time I booked the ride. Our flight was delayed almost 4 hours and our driver was waiting for us. Hussein was professional, friendly, and most importantly, a safe driver.

Had an amazing tour with Express Taxi! got picked up right on time from Rotterdam Cruise Terminal and had a smooth ride through Delft, The Hague, and Scheveningen Beach before getting dropped off at Amsterdam Airport Hilton. the peace Palace and Madurodam stops were great, and Scheveningen was a nice bonus—perfect spot for a quick walk by the sea! The only downside? The weather wasn’t the best (not their fault, of course! 😅). Super comfy ride, great driver, and totally stress-free. Highly recommend

Good and reliable taxi
We had a smooth and comfortable ride with Express Taxi from Schiphol Airport to our hotel in Rotterdam. The service was professional, and the car was clean and well-maintained. Our only challenge was locating the taxi driver at the airport, as we didn't read the pick-up instructions carefully — partly our own fault. Once we connected, everything went seamlessly. Top taxi service to airport
Recently used Express Taxi for our rides from Rotterdam to Eindhoven Airport and back. The driver was the same for both trips and incredibly friendly, which immediately gave a nice feeling. He was on time and helped us neatly with the luggage. The car was spacious and clean, which made the ride extra comfortable, especially for a longer distance. The service was truly excellent and friendly too. He waited almost two extra hours since there was a long line in the passport control on October 17. We had a safe drive at night from Schiphol to Den Haag and a very friendly talk as well. The driver was highly professional. Very satisfied with the service in general.

I am so glad that this company was recommended. Having an experienced driver pick us up from the airport, and take us back to the airport, gave us peace of mind. I had a message the day before the pickup, confirming the time, so there was no wondering what was happening. The driver was so friendly, and helpful, as well as professional. Betrouwbare en snelle service naar Schiphol, zelfs op korte termijn!
Uitstekende service van Express Taxi! We moesten vroeg in de ochtend naar Schiphol en hebben last minute geboekt. De prijs was iets hoger dan hun vaste tarief, maar dat was begrijpelijk gezien de korte termijn. Chauffeur was stipt op tijd en zeer vriendelijk. Zeker aan te raden!

Problem with communication
It was very unclear where we to have met the driver. He was not with Tauck, Viking, Holland America, etc. We made other arrangements. We later learned he called our home phone when our cell was indicated. We have had many great experiences with Viator…..this was not one.

The main cause of the confusion was that the phone number you supplied was your home number instead of a mobile phone, which made it difficult for us to reach you in real-time. The day before your arrival, we sent an email through Viator containing the driver's details and clear pick-up instructions, including the importance of having a working mobile phone. Unfortunately, it seems these instructions were not reviewed.
Our driver was at the designated meeting point and waited for 90 minutes after your flight's arrival, as per standard procedure. We made several attempts to contact you, and even reached out to Viator to alert you to answer our calls. However, by the time we finally received a text message from you, you had already made alternative arrangements without reaching out to us first.
While we understand that travel can be stressful, we did everything within our control to ensure smooth communication and coordination. We believe it’s unfair to blame the service when all details and instructions were provided in advance. We hope this explanation helps clarify the situation and welcome the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
