I'm already a regular passenger with Express Taxi I used Express Taxi Service several times for transportation between Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and The Hague. They've been consistently great, except for one hiccup when the driver wouldn't accept card payment. We had to drive (well, he had to) to an ATM for cash, which was a bit hassle. Besides that, they're a reliable and trustworthy taxi service. Will be using the service again.

Express Taxi made our experience in and around the city truly exceptional I recently booked a taxi ride with Express Taxi from Schiphol Airport to The Hague for myself and 5 other passengers. The confirmation email contained all the details of our booking, and I was pleased to see that making any changes or cancellations could be done with just a few clicks online. Will definitely use them again when in The Netherlands. First time in The Netherlands for a Cruise in Rotterdam, Found Express taxi through Tripadvisor and read some great feedbacks, looked over their website and found it very easy and I needed to book 3 trips, within our vacay time in Rotterdam. First I did the quick price calculation,. I booked 3 rides, first to be picked up from Schiphol airport to Rotterdam port, from there we needed two more rides within the city. They responded very quickly with emails and SMS with information regarding pick up at Schiphol Airport, Our driver was Noufel, he was right there on time as we were a few minutes late with getting our luggage . He was awesome we didn't have to lift a suitcase . He is very friendly and informative as this was our first time in The Netherlands.The car was spotless, water, and charging port , Thank you Noufel for getting us to our destinations safely. We requested him as our driver for the rest of our rides, We had a different driver who was also excellent. Express Taxi emailed all paid invoices and information, I highly recommend them . Excellent communication, there cars , there excellent service, there drivers . Will definitely use them again when in The Netherlands.

Overall, we are happy with the service Last week we had a taxi from Schiphol Airport to Rotterdam, now, I haven't been to The Netherlands since the the first lockdown during Covid, I was surprised that no one wearing mask any more, even taxi drivers not using mask! It was about 45 minutes driving so we asked the driver to wear his mask, he had no masks in the taxi! I mean it's mostly for his own safety as he meets travellers daily. Overall, we are happy with the service, he was on time and polite. Also they don't provide Meet and greet service any more, however we could easily find our driver.
