First time using a cleaning service 10/10
The emaids crew has been at my apartment 3 times now to clean and every time they do an amazing job! I come home from work to a beautifully cleaned apartment and it’s the best feeling in the world. I live alone and am generally pretty clean but I hate cleaning the showers or mopping the floors. The emaids team has been coming once a month and keeping the spaces I dread to clean, clean! They’re so friendly and affordable. At this point, I would consider myself a regular. Thanks Emaids team!

I'm writing about the driver of your company vehicle. They almost ran me off the road yesterday in the rain. They were weaving in and out and braking last second. Nearly causing several accidents down Nova Rd. I'm not writing this as a representation of your company. Just making you aware of how your advertising is on the streets.

Amber was on time didn't stop cleaning the whole time and did an amazing job better than I expected, I am going to use they're maintenance program where they come every 2weeks or I guess as often as you would like and clean what you want cleaned for me it would be the 2 bathrooms, I highly recommend you use this company for an older person like me it's worth it

Wow. Diane performed a miracle here. She works like a whirlwind and she is beyond thorough. Really appreciate the timely work done by somebody who cares. She is also pleasant and funny. That's important. I'll be back and will recommend to this building.

EMaids of Volusia was great! Everyone I interacted with is so helpful and professional from the owner to the cleaners. I had them do a rental move out cleaning and the rental management company came through afterwards to show the property and said 'WOW'.
I recommend these cleaners wholeheartedly.

Theresa and Bernie came to my house this past week to do a cleaning. THEY WERE AMAZING!! I have a decent sized house and they completed everything efficiently and quickly. The made sure that we were happy with the work done before they left. I have only great things to say about this company!

We were at the end of a move out and the results of the job were terrific. They were very attentive to our needs and the place looked great when they were done. Cecelia was very sweet, thoughtful, and did such a thorough job! I’ve personally requested her for bi-weekly services. I felt very comfortable having her in my mom’s home. She is a treasure! 😊👍🏻

I decided to give my wife a break send her on a spa day and have e-maids come in and do a deep cleaning for us I must say I was extremely impress by the service not only did they go above and beyond with the cleaning they even took the time and organize my sons toys it was the sweetest thing ever. If only you could have seen the smile on my wife’s face when she return from her spa day she even joked around and asked was she in the right house. I will definitely use them again again . I highly recommend them if you looking for a maid service!

As shared with staff, the first cleaning was a deep cleaning and quite good. Unfortunately the service decreased in quality each time until I chose not to use the service. I spoke with staff and decided after speaking with the owner that the service would address the issues and do a better job. I decided to give them another try. I asked for and paid for, a Deep clean. Well it was the worst attempt at cleaning I’ve ever seen!! I took photos and sent them to the staff via email. They responded via email questioning ME…. And then did not respond again. I then emailed and sent the photos again this time requesting a refund amd they continue to ignore me. They advertise 100% Guarantee……. What a joke!!! This is a terrible company that provides totally inadequate services. I suppose they have lost most of their staff of workers due to Covid as other businesses have however for management and owners to not respond to repeated requests of explanation or at least partial refund for a DEEP clean service that was NOT provided is totally unacceptable. It is sad that writing a review is a customers only option. Do not chose this cleaning service in Volusia County, their are many other more reputable others. Terrible. Floors still very dirty, bathrooms with rings in drain, the third bathroom ignored, …..I spent literally hours cleaning my jome myself after they left amd before my holiday guests arrived. It was a total waste of money amd the sad thing is…… they don’t even care or respond to my repeated emails.

eMaids takes prides in exceeding expectations and we make every reasonable effort to do so. We are sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. Perhaps you forgot to mention in your review that we did send out a field supervisor to your home to attempt to satisfy you. We have built a positive reputation in Volusia and Flagler Counties as a family owned and operated company that has been providing a much needed service to people and we have the client base, referrals, reviews(check ours out sometime), cards and letters from our clients on how much they appreciate what we do to back it up! So to refer to our company as terrible is insulting. It’s insulting to our team members who literally go out daily and put their lives in harms way during a pandemic to help clean their neighbors homes. What we do Cathie, is we bring smiles to peoples faces. And that’s not terrible. You know, something we have learned over the past year, is believe it or not, there is actually not a lot of reputable cleaning companies out there that first of all, will show up, or do the work and/or that you would trust in your home. Other than our referral business our second largest segment of clients comes to us because they tried out “one of the other guys” and were not pleased with the results. So we want to wish you the absolute best with your cleanings moving forward and hope you have a blessed and joyful holiday season!!!!!!!!! Thank you again for giving eMaids the opportunity!

Have used them for almost a year now and am so happy with the quality service. I always receive a scheduled appointment email, and a reminder, and the team always shows up. Large team and hard working and detailed. It matters to my working schedule to have this great help and they really come through. Nice owner, meets with you the first time for a walkthrough and to go over all needs and details and was available for any questions later on. After team finishes, they have a filled out form listing service line by line. They've also started listing the team members names on appointment ahead of time which is another nice detail. Def recommend.

Today Theresa was the cleaner. Amiable, respectful and cleaned in areas that weren’t done in the past. House looks great! I’d like to request her all the time; but I’ve had good results from April, Sierra, Drew, etc. as well. Jason is great to work with and scheduling them. He ALWAYS texts me back, including nights or the weekends. Highly recommend this company.
