On behalf of the team at John Pipe International, I cannot speak highly enough of this company. When a delivery for a new customer went wrong through no fault of our own, they went over and above to support us with the equipment we needed to complete the job. Kelly worked out of hours to support me and their Director changed his plans to help too. Despite it being an extremely stressful situation, Kelly managed to come up with a solution and remained calm, friendly and professional at all times. She really is a superstar!

How rude the two ladies at the front desk and on the phone they Dnt seem to want to listen to anything the client asks of them the other lady is apparently the general manager too she kept outing me on hold whilst I was speaking to her numerous times was very annoying when confronted I was the rude one apparently. Shambles no idea how people run a business this unprofessionally. Well looking at your reply it now seems I’m a lier too only spoke to 2 rude ladies one being a manager and 1 who kept putting me on hold every time I started speaking to her very rude so no idea how you run your business but very unprofessional throughout so I’d stay well away from This firm

You spoke to a number of the team as we wanted to get to the bottom of your problem however, you were condescending to the entire team throughout despite them trying their best to help.
