Das Buch beschreibt ausführlich, was in und nach der Schwangerschaft mit dem Körper passiert, worauf man achten sollte und wie man wieder fit wird. Die körperlichen Grundlagen werden sehr ausführlich geschildert, viel genauer als in jedem Rückbildungskurs. Ein gewisses sportliches Vorwissen ist für das Verständnis der Übungen von Vorteil, da sie teilweise etwas knapp - dafür mit Bild - beschrieben sind. Ich hätte mir das Buch schon in der Schwangerschaft kaufen sollen... sehr gut sind die Übungen für Ungeduldige und die übersichtliche Darstellung von Do`s and Dont`s.

Das Buch ist sehr gut und strukturiert aufgebaut, es finden sich diverse Anleitungen für post- und pränatales Training mit vielen Übungsbeispielen, die vielen Bilder dazu sind ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Trainingsbuch für Schwangere und junge Mütter, sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles Infobuch für sportliche Schwangere!
Ich bin begeistert von dem Buch, da es sehr gut erklärt, warum es von Vorteil ist Sport in der Schwangerschaft zu betreiben. Es werden auch Gefahren aufgezeigt und erklärt, warum man bestimmte sportlichen Aktivitäten nicht tun sollte in der Schwangerschaft - normal heißt es nur: "das darf man nicht tun" - hier wird einem auch anhand von Anatomie und Hormonhaushalt erklärt, warum man das nicht darf.Auch das Training nach der Geburt wird Beachtung geschenkt.Es ist ein tolles Buch für sportliche Schwangere, die gerne weiter trainieren wollen. Hiermit können sie selbst einschätzen lernen, was geht und was sollte ich besser unterlassen.

I was traveling in Switzerland for few days and had to repair my retainer as it was broken. Was so glad to meet an orthodontist who is kind and helpful to explain on the treatment that I had to do. Clean and well prepared studio with super nice staffs. I live in Italy but would like to comeback for future treatments if possible😉
