Amazing food in historic building - with a view! Lovely dining, lovely wine. Feels like a "fine dining place" without the associated prices. Visited twice in Speyember 2024, both the starters and mains were lovely, and to my surprise, both the wines and dishes unlocks "new taste experience"

Everything perfect Really nice restaurant. The very kind and very pretty lady, advises you based on what you prefer. We ate fish and it was all fresh and really delicious. Quiet and hospitable location. Highly Recommendation.

Not to be missed We chose to dine at this restaurant next to our Pension, the Cretan dream resort. The restaurant is very nice with a nice sea view, and we had a great welcome from the boss and waitress. The menu is varied with many local dishes. Fresh and homemade products. We loved all our dishes which were very generous and we were able to discover new flavors. At the end of the meal kind attention to close this moment we left enchanted. Thank you very much for this good time, we warmly recommend this address, you will be sure to be satisfied!

Nice food, poor service Nice food, poor service. Dined as a couple, enjoyed the food but the service was bang average. I don't think its too much to ask to get fresh cutlery between courses. Also after we had finished our main course and the plates were taken away it was automatically assumed we would require the bill. No dessert was offered. Bill and complimentary drink was brought.

Satisfied a variety of taste buds with an amazing view. A variety of fresh choices to satisfy the adventurous eater, the picky teen and the adventurous for an 18 month old. Selections were fresh, delicious the view was amazing and so was the service. I wish we would have discovered them sooner in our trip.

Setting the standard in Stalos! My wife and I visited one evening a couple of weeks ago. This was due to the glowing reviews and how close it was to our Hotel. It certainly did not disappoint! My wife and I both had fish main dishes which were fresh, flavoursome and well presented. We were given little frozen heart shaped Magnum type ice creams and Raki at the end….a lovely touch. The owner is clearly passionate about her restaurant which is obvious when you talk to her. Would definitely recommend! First Class. Well Done 👏👍

A truly memorable dining experience! It was our first night with family and friends coming in from Canada/Paris and it was amazing! We had a variety of starters including salad, mussels, bruschetta and shrimp. Everything was very fresh and delicious. Our cocktails were suggested and made by the owner as a specialty and was appreciated and loved by all of us. Then for the main course we tried many different dishes from the special salmon filet of the evening to chicken souvlaki, pork souvlaki and another fish dish… all were very fresh and absolutely fantastic! To end the evening, the owner who had made her presence known throughout the evening, by checking in and interacting with us, which we loved and appreciated so much, brought us a gift. It was some wine she had made and a frozen dessert each in the shape of a heart ! We all had fallen for the restaurant already but after her gift we knew we would be coming back because she had shown that she valued her customers! Thank u so much for the fantastic evening and one we will remember always 🥰

Amazing food, setting and staff Our first time in Crete and came upon this restaurant on Trip advisor and it didn’t disappoint. An amazing setting with a sea view. The food was first class and the staff were outstanding. Would highly recommend and we have booked again in a weeks time

Like at home Small tavern just outside Chania with beautiful sea views. The owner proves to be super professional and smiling. Hand over a toy basket to our girls to play with. Huge and well-spaced tables on the veranda overlooking the sea. Menu with typical Cretan specialties. We choose meat and make no mistake. The lamb chops and meat skewers are gorgeous and huge as plates. Sweet and bitter offered. Ridiculous prices for the quality and quantity of food. A great place.

Exceptional We came back en where even more surprised by the quality of the food. The owner is very friendly en always happy to explane the menu. We have tries a lot of restaurants in this area but regret not finding out about this place before. If we come back to Crete we will definitely go back to Oinomelo (Wine & Honey)
