I had used Direct Line with a previous employer, and when I started a new role with a new organization I was able to get them connected and it has been great! Some hiccups here and there but Direct Line has fantastic Customer Service. Their response times and resolution are awesome! My team is very happy.

Only posting this review because I got a "please post a review of us" spam. This is an incredibly unprofessional practice that comes across as needy nagging; it also practically BEGS for bad/mediocre reviews.
Added one star because the service works, albeit inconsistently; would replace with a well programmed phone system once the opportunity arises.
Edited to add (August 2023): thanks to acquisitions we purchased a company that was already using PagerDuty, and I’m old enough to have carried a pager; despite the obvs trigger and steep learning curve to learn how to program all the call handling bitsI finally have my calls being directed to the right phone numbers/people. I wish DirectLine well in their future endeavors! 😏

Please advise us with your account number and we will reach out directly to you to resolve any inconsistencies you may be experiencing. If you would please email us at customercare@directlineanswers.com so that we can address this matter directly.
Direct Line has been a huge step up from the answering service we used previously. We have a pretty complicated system... if Tuesday before 10pm, call these folks, if Saturday (anytime) call these. If you're reaching out to our oncall folks, call these 3 folks in this order, then call them again to wake them up, then call a manager if all else fails. They have absolutely risen to the occasion and handled any obstacles we threw their way. 10/10, happy with the change from our previous provider.
