They have sent me email that they have my passport back from the consulate of UK in VFS. I have prior paid for courier service WITH notifications and since 3 days no one contacted me regarding the passport delivery
In addition, when you try to get in touch, there is no phone, there is no e-mail. When you send the message on the website, all you get is automatic reply from "DO NOT REPLY" email...
Overall not happy with experience and still waiting for my passport to be delivered...

I booked for the platinum lounge, and the lady there was the true meaning of rude and disgusting. She almost kicked me out. I asked her question she did not respond like a normal educated human . If you can’t afford to provide a normal service when we are paying for such a high amount for the lounge then don’t offer the lounge. It’s shame on her really , we are not some trash to be treated that way we are all humans so have respect cause I gave you respect.

I have applied for a touristic visa 30th January and I have no news still.

Worst possible customer experience.
I received an email informing my passport is ready for collection and it doesn't say the passport collection time. when i looked it on google it says 9am to 5 pm. when i arrived there at 9 am i was told by them that it is for global VFS and not for UK. For UK is 3 pm - 5 pm. which is no where mentioned in the commination sent it to me by VFS. The agent at the reception refused to let me in to collect the passport and offered to opt for courier service ( for me to pay extra money) and it would take them longer to take all the details and do the paper work than just give me passport. I am beyond amazed how the gentlemen behaved and how many money VFS has become. If there is another option i would never use or recommend their services to anyone. truly shameful.

Although the application process was okay, they are terrible in communication especially to collect your passport. They called me at 11 am and I missed thier call. I have been trying to get back to them on the same number they called me from but no one picks up the phone I called 10 times no answer. I had no idea why they called me, but it should be to collect my pssport. So I went to thier office early morning to collect my passport. Guess what??!!
Passport collection is only at 3:00 p.m.
They got to be kidding! There is no mean of communication with them and you can never reach them unless you come by yourself. Such inconvenience!

I paid for the GOLD package
At the time of passport collection I was directed to the regular lounge.
Had to wait forever to submit my passport. I’m not impatient, but why the hell would you charge me for the premium version and provide standard service !

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I applied for a standard visitor visa with priority service on November 24, 2024, expecting a decision within 5 working days as advertised. However, I did not receive a decision until December 20, 2024, a delay of nearly four weeks.
The priority service fee was an additional cost, which I paid to expedite the process. Unfortunately, the significant delay rendered this service ineffective, causing considerable inconvenience and disruption to my plans.
I urge UKVI to review their processing timelines and ensure that services advertised as 'priority' are treated as such. Additionally, I request a refund of the priority service fee, as the service was not delivered within the promised timeframe.

Hi, It's been 3 weeks, and I have no clue about my passport and visa. I have seen comments where you ask for a Facebook direct message. Where should I send it? I can't believe that, after all the documentation submission assisted by VFS, how come it is taking more than the stipulated time? My passport is away for 3 weeks, and it's ridiculous that I don't have a clue when I am gonna receive it.
