I paid them £3000 for hair transplant in 2013, as my crown was thinning badly, after 3 years the baldness had come back, they only used minimal hair follicles from my head, then they advised to get black ink tattoed on my crown to hide the baldness...what a joke and scam to make money. Total waste of £3000 hard earned money. Now I don't care if I am bald. DHI you are not good for me at all.😡😡😡

I've decided to wait a little before giving my review of DHI London, even though I've always known it's going to be a positive one. It's been exactly 2 years since my session and I couldn't be anymore satisfied with the result. Initially I actually wasn't 100% sure it was something I wanted to do. I only went to the free consultation to figure out if it was even possible and within my financial reach. I had a lot of questions and the staff was always willing to answer them diligently even after the consultation, via phone or email. I didn't have to wait very long for the appointment. The session itself (at least for me) was incredibly quick. I arrived at 10 and was back in the cab home by 3pm. It wasn't painful at all, in fact I remember it to be a rather relaxing day off. I had a very good time chatting to my nurse and doctor (whose names' I can't remember sorry!!) and would happily return again! I personally took a week off work to spare my colleagues from looking at my forehead, but didn't feel any pain or major discomfort for the following days. The transplanted hairs in my case started growing pretty much straight away, most completely omitting the shedding phase. 3-4 months in I had a new hairline (a thin one, but still). Half a year in, it thicked up pretty decently. The only annoying thing I found was that in the first year most of the new hairs had a texture different than my natural hair, it was quite rough and frizzy. However, it all passed as the hairs grew further. I've had some friends of mine travel for a similar procedure and claim it to have been much cheaper and as such better. Having seen their results I am so glad I went with DHI. My hair is much thicker than anybody else's I know that got a transplant done abroad and nobody ever suspects I had one in the first place, which is not something they could say. The aftercare of DHI alone is worth the price tag. I've had multiple follow-up appointments, PRP sessions - in fact I still occasionally get a phone call just to check I'm happy, satisfied, concern-free and always welcome to visit for anything. 100% one of the best investments I've ever made.

It’s been 9 months since I had my transplant with DHI and I’m so pleased with the results so far. I used to be very conscious about my hair but thanks to DHI that is a thing of the past. With DHI the whole procedure from start to finish is undertaken by a Dr which gives you 100% peace of mind. This wasn’t my first hair transplant, 6 years I opted for the cheaper option and went to Turkey. This was a huge mistake, the procedure didn’t go well, the results were poor and the aftercare was non existent. I should have gone with DHI in the first place. I can’t thank DHI and their staff enough for giving me my confidence back.

DHI London treated my case with the upmost consideration and gave me the best treatment possible. Dr Chris saw my hair loss pattern and gave the most in-depth explanation and treatment plan. I was provided with the highest level of professionalism, trust and hospitality. The entire process, from procedure to recovery, was explained in detail and the clinic provided regular follow-ups, which ensured that I was taken care of and looked after at every step of the hair-growth journey. This is something I found unique when comparing to other clinics abroad or in the UK. I would highly recommend DHI to anyone considering hair treatments, especially working with Dr Chris. My experience with DHI has been great. It’s been 12 months since I’ve had my procedure done & I am incredibly impressed with the results. Very pleased to have my thick curly hair back! I’ve known other people go to turkey & different clinics for their hair transplant and they have all told me how uncomfortable it all was, however I can honestly say at DHI the whole experience was comfortable and painless. So thanks to the team at DHI!

You never really know what a business is like until you have a problem. I first went to have the procedure done and my blood pressure was through the roof so the procedure was cancelled, and I rushed off to hospital. Appointment rebooked for the following week and during that week the clinic checked in with how I was doing and was very kind and caring. Went back to have the procedure done by John and Marie. I could not be happier with the results so far and the service, care and whole experience was amazing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and I will be singing there praises to for years to come.

The experience with DHI has been smooth from start to finish. You feel in safe hands with all of the doctors and nurses, they are all friendly, reassuring and professional. You will certainly feel well cared for. DHI’s actual method of transplantation posses many advantages and I feel reassured it is the best out there. I recovered from the treatment quickly and it didn’t take long until I was able to go out and it was unnoticeable. I had a relatively full head of hair soon after the operation and results after 9 months are impressive. I would certainly recommend DHI to anyone.

I have had two hair transplants and have no issues sharing my experience and being open about it. In the scheme of things we spend more money in a life time at the dentist, so why not also look after our hairlines. My first transplant was not with DHI and it was”ok”. My second was with DHI, and they blew me away with the high quality. Assessing the best clinic is always hard, here are some of the key differences. Number one by far was the number of successful grafts, which after 3 months was clearly around 90% compared to my first experience which was closer to 60%. Other factors such as care on the day and a massive reduction in side effects in the first fortnight were all a bonus. After the DHI transplant I was back on camera on teams in 3 days, whereas with my first transplant I had face swelling for over a week. For anyone planning a hair transplant DO YOUR RESEARCH. Make sure you are able to rest sitting up for the first night - get a travel neck pillow. FOLLOW THE ADVICE - LOOK AFTER YOUR NEW GRAFTS CAREFULLY and enjoy the results. It’s worth keeping in mind that we are here because we are biologically disposed to lose our hair. Prevention is better than cure and this is more than a one day treatment. For anyone wondering, this picture is after 9 months. The donor area was shaved (back and sides), the front and top kept long. I opted for a slightly odd hairstyle initially so I could grow it back long more quickly.

My experience with DHI London from start to finsih was great. I had the two day procedure back in February. Ten months on, I am really happy with the results.
