It’s been 13 months since my DHI surgery.
I never write reviews but I want to say how happy I am with the team, from Stuart through to Alex. They are all very welcoming and found no faults at all.
Everything is explained in full on everything that happens during the procedure and full easy to follow after care instructions.
My results are now in full bloom and I am happy to say that it has given me so much more confidence within myself. Thankyou to the team at DHI, big thumbs up 👍
Anyone that is thinking of going to DHI definitely have a chat with them. Very happy

Awful.
I’ve had four transplants with DHI. The first one in 2018 was great until it fell out. The hair fell out after two years.
They refused to believe it did so charged me again. I paid 4k for the first one and 3k for the second one. On the second one they placed hair between my existing hairs so I got shock loss. It then looked even worse than before.
They then sent me back to see Dr Chris who literally had no idea what he was doing and gave me 500 hairs in my temples which I didn’t need. I was so dissatisfied I had to go back again to see dr Alex. When I went back they didn’t put enough grafts on my left side and during the procedure the anaestic ran out and I was in tremendous pain begging for more but they kept hammering my head and it was so painful.
They never drew my hairline design - they literally just drew a line with a pen and put hair there not asking my opinion.
When that grew out it was really weak on one side so I went back again to have more hair put in. Again they put hair between my transplanted hair and I suffered shock loss again.
I had to go to another clinic to be looked at and they said they had put twos and threes in my hairline so it looked unnatural and there was nothing they could do for a while.
I suffered so much stress I developed a Dystonia in my eyes. I now suffer from twitches based on the stress I suffered from the constant mistakes.
I asked to be seen again but they just stopped replying.
Since they refuse to give me my money back - I have spent over 8k on this, I have no choice but to tell people to avoid this place. It’s a dreadful service.
Kate is lovely but no one else cares.
I have lost 8000 pounds, lost my confidence and worst of all developed a Dystonia from the stress.
Avoid this place.

I am 4 weeks post op and DHI so far have been superb from the moment I went for a consultation. Stuart has been extremely helpful and has always been there when needed. Dr Feyroza was great and took great care of me during my procedure. Also Chris has answered any questions post op which has been great re assurance. Thank you all and can’t wait to see my results!

It’s been 2 months since my DHI transplant. The whole procedure went well with hardly any discomfort. The doctor and assistant nurse were very attentive and explained each stage well.
The recovery was minimal and hardly any swelling or discomfort. I can already see a difference to my hairline and density. I can’t wait for the coming months to start to see the results fully.
I totally recommend this procedure and clinic. From the start with my consultation with Stuart and Dr Alex to reception. All the staff are professional and friendly.

Having such a detailed operation Dr John explained exactly the process that he’ll be doing in such simple terms for me to understand. Whole service was professional from start to finish. Stuart my consultant was great and really helpful. Highly recommend DHI.

I recently underwent a hair transplant surgery at DHI London on 10/07/2023, and although it is still early to discuss the results, I couldn't wait to express my gratitude and share my incredible experience with the team, especially Dr. Alex and Nurse Aida.
From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was immediately impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The entire DHI team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and make me feel at ease throughout the entire process.
Dr. Alex, with his expertise and professionalism, provided me with a thorough explanation of the procedure, addressing all my concerns and answering my countless questions. His vast knowledge and genuine passion for his work instilled confidence in me, making me feel reassured about the entire process.

Quite simply life changing. I was baldy heavly by my mid-30's, I had tried everything, from a partial comb-over, to growing it long, to birarre remedies I had found online and I was at the very point of shaving my locks off for good. DHI London then saved my hair (and my life!!!) I had a wonderful expereice, my nerves soon faded away as I was treated like a VIP and NOT a patient. I had a painless procedure, lasting the full day, with lunch (and good conversation) supplied. The professional medical professionally trained doctor was so professional and drew on my new hairline guide, from that moment I never looked back. Immediately I had my hair back, well at least in the first 3 months I could see where it would be, and it came back with avengence. Fully grown, wonderfully long and strong. I am forever indebted to DHI London. LIFE CHANGING.

I have done 2 hair transplants and I can’t be happier than I am right now. I was very pleased with my experience at DHI London, starting from the receptionist to Dr.Feyroza who with her assistant, treated me with professionalism and great care. Dr. Feyroza made feel that I was in safe hands, patiently answering all my questions and concerns. She even made me smile when I left. Can’t find words to thanks her great work during my two visits. I have done 2 hair transplants there which should already tell about my appreciation. I was treated by dr Alex and nurses Aida and Lida. All took care of me very well and I am very satisfied with the results. Lida is probably the best nurse at getting the my thin and buried veins. I would recommend to all my friends. Now 3 months into post procedure. I have been recommended the protein rich plasma treatment for prompting and maintaining hair growth for the best results.
The procedure is plain and simple your own blood is extracted and centrifuged to retrieve blood plasma and is injected into the graft area. It is very quick with maximum time of 30mins and is minimally invasive.
The nurses and doctors are well trained and readily available to perform the procedure at your convenient time.
Stuart had offered great packages for the sessions for the continuity to achieve the best results post transplant. These were at great prices which is hard to turn down.
Overall. I would recommend this treatment for continuing the regrowth of your grafted hair and also to maintain/strengthen your existing hair for the best results and longitivity.
