they said my prescription would be filled and ready that same day. It is 6 days since the appointment, and they can not find a pharmacy to fill my prescription. They said multiple times that they would call back with a solution. The reality is that there are zero reputable pharmacies in my area that will deal with them. The only way to get a status update is for me to call and wait on hold for extended periods of time to only hear that they do not have a solution. At this point, I have asked for a refund because they can not follow through with their services. They will not give me a refund. Avoid using this business.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I spent an absorb amount of money to see a doctor in the comfort of my own home. The doctor was from California. She sent meds to my pharmacy. Pharmacy wouldn’t fill meds because the doctor didn’t have the ability to write medication’s, extremely concerning. I ask for a refund and was told it would be escalated. I have written countless email with out a response and the medication they told me would be fix still hasn’t been resolved. Warning ⚠️

Was supposed to have an appointment on 9/2 at 1:30pm but never received a confirmation email/text or anything! An hour after my appointment was supposed to happen I Facebook messaged them and they said they would "escalate" but I still have heard nothing. I rescheduled the appointment myself for 9/5 because it was the soonest slot available. I was hesitant to book based on the mixed reviews and now I'm starting to think any actual good reviews are fake. Edit: they did get back to me and I had an appointment about 2 days later with a woman named Sheila, DO NOT get her. She was extremely rude. The help team gave me a discount for my comment but only $30 off my follow up which I believe was not nearly enough considering my experience.

Dr. Wilkes was very kind and attentive. She spent lots of time on the call with me going over my medical history and and developing a treatment plan that would be more effective with flexibility for medication adjustments later if needed. Great service.

DO NOT USE OR RECOMMEND You're better off scheduling with a local psychiatrist or primary care doctor for the same price. Such a scam. They were quick to take my money but slow to get an appointment scheduled. What's worse is I was trying to make a follow up appointment which apparently requires re-verification every time. Doesn't make sense since a follow up appointment is supposed to be cheaper but they only provide the option to schedule as a new patient every time. It gets even worse when you ask for a refund. After 3 days of not being able to legitimately schedule an appointment, I ask for a refund. That's going to take 2-3 days to process and then another 7-10 days for the $200 to be returned to my account. The first time I used this clinic, my verification was quick and my appointment was made conveniently fast as well. But it became a hassle to get my prescription which ended up taking another week after my appointment to finally get done.

Good doc but everyone else is just horrible. Been waiting on my appointment for two weeks with no way of actually talking to someone for a refund. They’re literally stealing my money. PTSD veteran!! Not American friendly

I would add a 0 if I could. I scheduled an appointment Saturday. They rescheduled it to Monday so I took today off work and they rescheduled it again. When I can no one answers and the online chat won’t help me. I no rich person. I can not afford to move days for the 3rd Time! I’m starting to think this is a scam!

I wish I could give zero stars. I've always had anxiety and just learned to deal with it. Until last December when my husband was killed. It got to the point where it is unbearable. That's when I scraped together. The money and made the appointment so happy that I could do it from the comfort of my home. Big mistake I explained situation to the doctor and she showed absolutely no empathy. And even made comments like she didn't believe me at one point saying well, it's been almost a year period like I should be over it. This doctor has no idea how hard it is to get through a day after losing your spouse Financial stress, fear of everything. She then asked me what I had taken in the past and I told her she told me she was not going to prescribe that to me, and then she basically sat and stared and said nothing for the next 3 minutes until the visitt was over.

I wasn't prescribed the medication that I was formally on, and prescribed something different and had a SEVERE allergic reaction, that was the most expensive rash I've ever had, my throat almost swelled close, after calling back to talk to someone I was on hold for 1 hour 40 minutes and my issues were not resolved, im out $195 dollars pluss the out of pocket cost for the wrong medication.....I was really hoping for a better outcome, now im back in the same boat, struggling on that hampster wheel with no solutions......

Omg!!! Tbh at first totally like this is B. S. Nope! I have been on my medication for about 10 years I have not been able to find a doctor since my retired they made this so simple and there's no judgment they're completely open I wish to God I would have done this year ago they are freaking amazing!

Wait time was supposed to be up until 25 minutes. Still no doctor 45 minutes sitting on video. Poor customer service. If things are running significantly late, surely there should be someone to message and let you know or even request for a reschedule. Not sure how long I’m expected to wait, but I choose telehealth for the situation of convenience and since it’s typically expected to be more timely. This is not.

PLEASE READ. I met with Dr. Daniel T Chan on video. He was unbelievably rude, combative, and hung up on me mid-session. My first visit with MedVidi went terribly with Dr. Tulani refusing to fix a typo after the pharmacy kindly asked her to update on her end. So I decided to try a new doctor, giving the service another shot. Dr. Chan refused to prescribe the correct quantity of the prescription I have been taking for a year now...when asked he didn't have a medical reason. When I tried to explain to him my situation, he had the gaul to ask "if i was a physician" before continuing to argue with me for 15 minutes. He didn't ask me any questions about how the medication was affecting me or my history with the medication, his decision seemed to be based on pure pride. Rude, dismissive, and arrogant. I am at risk for withdraw symptoms, and spent 300 dollars to be dosed the incorrect quantity. Medvidi does not give refunds, and hardly answers their phone. STAY AWAY from this scam of a place. This is my last time- I have a video of the situation I will be reporting on social media. Terrible, disgusting behavior from these corrupt doctors and Medvidi itself.
