Wow, reception were so helpful when we arrived to New York for the first time. The Hotel is amazing, the escalators up to your room are like something from space movie.. The rooms are so nicely decorated, the beds are so comfatable down to the pillows.. Our view on Times sq was a bonus.. The Hotel bars were a delight, nothing was to much trouble from the staff.. The maid cleaned the room brilliantly.. The service was impeccable from Bell boy to security.. We all felt safe. Marroit, Thankyou for making our stay in USA the best ever!

NY Marquis Marriott Times Square- Fantastic location, comfortable, clean, relaxing, and great service! Especially Paul Gracia, Revel and Rye restaurant manager, provided the most courteous and incredible service. His manner of talking, and understanding of our needs, and then ensuring we are taken care of, goes above and beyond! Primarily, because of him, we are going to stay at this hotel again and again every time we visit NY. Staff Dulce, with guidance from Paul, provided much appreciated good service, Thank you!

Rude & unprofessional. Stay away. I can’t comment on New York as a whole, but service just doesn’t exist here. I feel uncomfortable and feel offended multiple times: - when I came back to the hotel to retrieve my stored baggage, the bellman explicitly told me:” Normally people give tips, but we won’t charge you.” As a Marriott gold elite, Hyatt explorist, Hilton Diamond member, this is the first time ever I’ve heard such rude & flagrant commentary from any staff of the high-end hotel series. You want to know why I don’t give tips? Because I don’t enjoy my stay here! And you are one of the many reasons why.

Went for a conference. The conference rooms are excellent. Good A/V support. The dinner was very good, too. Location is easy to get to by MTA. Located near theater district and shopping district Overall, it was a really good experience. The building inside is wowing!

Rooms, service and conference space is fantastic. Front desk is great! Wish they had coffee machines in the rooms…but I think we all know why they don’t ;) Location - I give this 5, but it is nuanced. 5, if you want to be in Times Square. I personally don’t like the location and prefer staying somewhere out of that touristy area. So if you want the tourist thing, Times Square, Broadway, etc. this location is great.
