Scam business
This company is a scam I purchased a hard drive that didn’t work and they refused to prove a refund even though their site says 30 day refund no questions asked
Their contact number is a fake number that doesn’t work and their customer assistance is a robot or ai that just copies and paste the same response
This site is a scam their products don’t work

Really clear advertising, including measurements of the piece and delivery options. Good communication with customer about time delivery and helpful curbside service. The piece is fantastic quality and we are delighted with it!
Bought a Barker & Stonehouse wardrobe and cheval mirror. The prices are amazing against new and the condition is fantastic.
Communication with Simon was excellent. He answered my questions quickly.
Delivery was bang on time and very easy.
All in all why would you go anywhere else?!
Highly recommend, will definitely use again.
Thank you.
Thank you so much for the fantastic review and recommendation. I’m really pleased to hear you’re happy with your Barker & Stonehouse wardrobe and cheval mirror, and that you found both the condition and value so impressive.
It’s great to know the communication and delivery made the whole experience easy too. Helping customers find high-quality second-hand furniture at a fraction of the cost of buying new is exactly what we’re about.
Thank you again for choosing DecorDeluxe.club, and I look forward to helping you again in the future Gary.

Excellent Company to deal with
I found the quality oak bed frame which I required, at a price which represented excellent value.
My enquiry received an immediate response from Simon.
I arranged to view & collect the bed on a Saturday morning.
Simon was there to meet me on arrival, having given me excellent directions, and communicating with me on the morning of collection.
Having viewed the bed frame, he assisted with loading into my estate car.
During disassembly at his warehouse, a few plastic items had become damaged, but new replacements were supplied.
Having assembled the bed frame, I’m delighted with the quality, condition, & exceptional value.
The whole purchase experience was perfect from initial enquiry to collection, with attention to detail, rarely found these days.
I would thoroughly recommend this company & expect to purchase further items in future.
