Datel were quick to respond to my initial query, provide a quote and flexible about timings for work at our convenience. The electricians themselves were thorough and professional about all the work, whilst being friendly and accommodating. They quickly responded to a few queries after the work was completed. Being alerted to times of arrival for work was very helpful, despite Sat nav taking them to the wrong location initially.

Job: replacing 4 kitchen cupboard under-light fittings Came on time, smartly turned out electricians, who clearly explained the job, materials options and quoted a good price. Did the work there and then. Have used Datel several times before and have always been pleased.
Very impressed with Datel. Survey undertaken promptly with quote provided the same day. New consumer unit and EV charger installed by consummate professionals within a couple of weeks. Everything done with quality components and to a very high standard. Site left clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Respecting your home
From start to finish, Datel is a well well respected company . From the start of my enquiry through to the survey and quotation , then the actual work itself. After i enquired Datel sent through an appoint time , which was easy to amend. The survey was a two way conversation of what i expected and how that was going to achieved.
On the day of start of works Adam text with an arrival time, on arrival he looked at the area of works to be required and he clearly explained was he was going to do and how . After each days work he cleaned up and explained what he had done and what he would be doing

Proper Professional People
McCauley and John on the spot at 8.30 am until completed at early evening, fitting replacement cooker hood and fixing spur switch in a more convenient place, the big job was replacing new consumer unit in more accessible position, I couldn’t count the wiring that was replaced, there seemed to be miles of it. They worked as a team in very cramped positions , very professional and methodical, explaining to me at various stages what they had done and what was going to next, they did remove and replace 1 cupboard for easier access…explained what all the switches were for, really great job

Great service again from Datel. They were able to remove my solar panels at short notice when I needed to get my roof repaired. Whilst they were there I also got them to install an EV charger and update my consumer unit in the house. The wiring is now very neat and tidy and takes up far less space. Great communication as always with them too. Thanks!
