My name is Stacey Goldenberg. My mother in law, Toni, and I worked with Lona to sell my MIL's home (a 4 acre 'farm' in SW Eugene, just outside of town). Lona had everything we were looking for: experienced, intelligent, charismatic, positivity, intimate knowledge of the Lane County housing market, finger on the pulse of the current buyer community, and chutzpa. She supported my MIL all the way through, from start to finish. Lona was patient, pleasant and tapped in all the way through. We always felt heard and supported. We got an offer within days and it sold at asking price. She even negotiated a 30 day rent-back to give MIL extra time so her new house build could finish and she could move without being rushed. I will definitely retain Lona for future real estate needs - and I recommend that you do, too!

A Realtor Broker, great character, gets down to business, has optional ideas of knowing what it takes to sell. She knows people emotions, just great coaching tips. Lona, is very understanding & easy going, really knows her business work very well with knowing her buyers & sellers, "She is the calm before any storm", when it comes to looking after her clients.
