This place is a crumbling urban wasteland that somehow does great for the guitar festival. It has lots of room and parking and is convenient to multiple highways. As things get more expensive, this venue from better days in the past is the perfect partner for keeping the guitar hobby affordable.

I cannot say this rating is about the space as much as it is about Aquashella, the event I attended. I was expecting a huge event with many exhibits of fresh and saltwater setups, but it was just a huge flea market to buy marine supplies and fish. We had walked through every booth in under an hour. Many were selling the same things. The most interesting thing was the selection of betta fish offered by one vendor.
