Personnels parfois agressifs au passage de sécurité. Aucune information claire, on vous hurle dessus parce que vous avez omis de vider correctement vos poches. Experience vecue en juillet 2024. Quelle image de la France !

CDG Terminal 1.... outdated, confusing, and passport/immigration is a complete disaster....!! Queuing is insane, and I was in line for automatic passport control, and despite being in the correct lane it would not open. Other passengers were stuck inside the gates for over 10.... I was then directed to a manned booth and I asked politely the officer why I had to come here. They did not know and even stamped my passport despite not necessary with my citizenship..... The staff that are there to guide where people should go are simply useless and the don't seem to know anything. But I will grant them the credit that they have been given the impossible task of making the impossible possible.....I have been coming through CDG for the past 30 years....it's just one of those places that is a disaster and has complete lack of management. And this is 2024.....

Terrible experience, unfortunately. Embarassing inefficiency. We arrived from Norway heading back home to the USA landing with 1 hr and 15 min before our next flight was boarding and we Barely made it with all the ridiculous passenger shuffling and fake lines and unnecessary bus rides. The passport scanning equipment didn't work multiple times. We unfortunately needed to print a boarding pass since the Delta app stopped working and this took an additional 15 minutes even after we made it up to the front of the 10 min line to speak with the gate agent. Everything moves in slow motion at this airport! Wondered, for a moment, if maybe some of the employees receive a bonus if they can manage to cause a few people to miss their connections.
