Not responding to my email, I already received a rejection email for my Visa application 4 days ago and I still do not have my passport(which they did not provide untill I contacted them myself through email, even though I paid extra for notification services which literally did nothing), this is ridiculous I have a flight on the 6th of september that I probably wont be able to make due to this horrible service.

Dear VFS Team, I have applied my visa for business purpose trip for few days and its been 3 weeks I have no news from them and next week I have fly to somewhere due emergency my flight 31 august I'm hoping I will have good news from them .. this is something first I'm seeing in dubai that VFS does not have contact to call or track application system

I had a reasonably satisfactory experience. Here are some tips which could help applicants. Document requirements in the UKVI homepage is well detailed. Following them will be adequate. Scanning and uploading all the documents for each applicant will be important ( passport, travel itinerary, air tickets, hotels accomodation, bank statements and scanned pages of the passport for past travel history) . Each applicant, including dependants, need to have a separate application and the same documents should be uploaded for every applicant. The staff at the Visa processing centre were helpful and there were no major concern on passport submission and biometrics. Its very important to keep checking and not miss the Token number. Our passports were delivered within the TAT of 3 weeks. Meanwhile, there is also an option of contacting the UKVI through email. This is a paid service and mentioned on the UKVI website. The response is fairly prompt.

courier service 58，and sms service11aed没有问我就直接收费了，其实网上我已经作出选择不需要特别是sms短信服务，邮箱通知就够了但是现场工作人员不咨询的情况下直接让我交费。缴费就交了吧，没想到等了三周最终的结果是被拒签了，只是想去玩几天参加毕业典礼也不知道有啥值得拒签我的。🤷‍♀️。办理过程还算顺利流程简单，流程就是先进去拿号递交护照和缴费，再次排队等叫号按指纹。按完指纹缴护照之后就可以走了。不会英文的话可能不会那么顺利。

Decision made 12 days ago for my wife's application and the passport is not returned yet, even though I paid for the delivery service. This will be reported to the authorities if the passport is not returned within 2 days. Edit: they commented asking me to share a screenshot via Facebook or Twitter. Is this a joke? How about you reply to my email instead? This is how businesses work.

Applied for visa for 2 with charged sms service. Received sms for one but no sms for another application. No customer service contact number for UK visa !!! Surprised 😮 How to reach out to know what is happening for another application???

Excellent service from all the staff in the Australian section. I faced technical issues while booking the appointment for the biometrics online, I had my screenshot of the error,the gentleman on the desk assisted me creating a new account for 20 mins and charged me the normal service fee only instead of charging the extra walk in fee. Many Thanks to all the staff and keep up the amazing service!

Applied for a Skilled Worker Visa and did my biometrics on 5th June 2024. I paid for the priority service with the expected decision time of 5 business days, it's been almost 2 months and I still haven't got any updates regarding my visa application. It is impossible to contact the UKVI neither through Facebook nor Twitter as the UKVI suggests in the replies to reviews. As such, please leave direct links which would actually help contact UKVI. Any actual assistance will be much appreciated

Problem with VFS is that it’s full of Indian scammers who wants to steal your money by forcing you to pay premium lounge service even though the place was empty and still making mistakes while submitting the application. And there is no way to contact them. Very rude staff don’t know how to talk professionally. VFS global is a scam. It deserves 0 star. Don’t hide behind walls. Provide a contact number so we can reach you out. I will take this issue to the higher authority. You better watch out scammers.

I think that this place is undervalued staff are amazing very helpful

They almost lost my daughters passport , made me bounce around between the paid helpline and VFS and have made 4 trips to VFS DXB office to get a reason as to why my husband and I got our passports with visa but not her. After finally receiving it, I see that her visa is for 6 months after I’ve paid for 2 years. Now I need to follow up for that. Pathetic, inefficient and just frustrating experience for a holiday where I’ll be spending even more money !

My passport came back from VFS Dubai with no UK visa stamped on and nor did I get any mail explaining the reason of no visa stamped. Please let me know the reason
