These plans are very well done. Easy to follow. I loved being able to instantly download and print and super convenient that you can print both metric and inches. I'll update when finished.

This is very pretty, and I appreciate that someone worked hard to assemble this package.
This is not a set of professional plans or drawings; it is a starting point to get an idea of the required materials. I couldn't bring this to the building permit office for approval.
I won't ask for a refund because it's my own fault for buying something without confirming its nature.
Also, the "Foundation Preparation" step is a travesty; do not do this.
