We are delighted with what CPS have done for us! Gareth, Dave and the all the lads have been helpful, polite and hard working throughout. What we wanted was a little unusual but they supported us to make it a reality. Communication was good throughout the process and any issues were taken care of without fuss. The workmanship is excellent and the results spectacular. We love it.

This is the 3rd job that Gareth, Dave and their team have completed on my house and I am thrilled with the results. My old, damp, leaking conservatory has been replaced with a modern, light extension. Initially, I had no idea what I wanted other than a room I could use. Gareth designed the space to make it fit my needs and Dave and the team worked tirelessly (even Saturday and bank holidays) to ensure the project was completed to the highest standard. The team completing the work were always punctual, incredibly friendly and helpful and always left the space clean and tidy in an evening (they even washed up their coffee cups!) I would not hesitate to recommend them and if I ever need work doing in the future I will be giving them a call. Thanks Gareth, Dave and the team!

I personally think the new space looked amazing! But more importantly everything we do complies with building control. There are so many people not getting the right advise when it comes to conservatory conversions and they do not realise the rules. Had an extension done by the lads at complete property solutions. I will start with why I have knocked one star off, although the work they have done is spot on, sometimes the lack of communication let them down. We also felt at times like we were the least priority job. I understand multiple jobs get done at the same time and I am not naive enough to think that jobs as big as this go without a hitch so we were expecting a couple of delays and setbacks which did happen but I would of liked a bit more communication from the team about what was happening and when. If I could knock half a star off then I would have. I would like to say the work that was done is brilliant and we are over the moon with the extension. I had asked for something that other companies said they couldnt do but when gareth came round and i explained what i wanted, he reassured me that this was definitely doable but would need a LOT of steel. He even managed to avoid us having to get a crane to lift the steel over the house which would have cost a lot more! I'd like to thank all the lads for all their hard work and for being friendly and approachable. Everybody worked so hard. Special thanks to Dave and Phil for coming out in their own time to sort stuff for us and for installing a make shift kitchen in our garage which was a lifesaver! The business side of things also went smoothly with Gareth overseeing payments etc. Which made things easy for us. Overall I would definitely recommend complete property solutions. Thanks again. 😊

Firstly I am sorry to here that you were disappointed with communication on the project, I do acknowledge this though and I have to agree. Some times we get asked at the last minute to do extra work for people over what is agreed, for example the laminate flooring on your project. When this happens it puts pressure through our team and does test us at times as we like to please people and help were possible but if we have fell short please accept my apology. We appreciate that people find it hard to get good trades men who can cover numerous aspects of construction and we do find we sacrifice our families and the time with them to deliver the end result people want. Thank you for the feed back and we are always trying to improve.

On another note I am glad you like that what we have done for you and to acknowledge not many others could hopefully shows our ability.

Complete Property Solutions replaced all the windows in our house in a day! Excellent service and Les, Tyler and Kian did a fabulous job. Quality of the windows is amazing and the finishing is great. Professional and friendly service, will be using them to replace our door and redo our bay roof in future. Highly recommend.

Excellent company, I cannot rate them highly enough. I had confidence in this company from the start of the project when Gareth came round to have a look at the work. He came up with great solutions which would allow us to have the space we required. No issue was a problem for them they just came up with solutions and carried on with the work. A big thanks to Phil and Mitch who carried out the majority of the work and fixed the many issues along the way plus a thanks to all the other lads who were involved in the project. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of having work done.

Phil is a really experienced guy with a lot of time in the industry and even he at a few points was surprised to see what we found. But the end result is transformative, and the new kitchen area looks amazing!

Amazing company would 100% recommend… I’ll be using them again :-) There work is perfect very professional…They were at mine 8am daily….They finished the work within the time scale…very trust worthy… I actually gave them a key to let themselves in and lock up in the evening… I loved getting home of an evening and seeing the work that was completed that day. So glad I choose them…I couldn’t fault them… nothing is to much… there happy if your happy…I’m very happy customer :-) I’m sure I’ll be in touch soon with my next project Debbbie

All the guys were made up with the way they were treated and apologise for eating all the biscuits!!
The flooring looks amazing along with the kitchen, Tyler was proud as punch when I sowed him this. The doors are not visible in the images but these look amazing as well! Hope your enjoying it all and we look forward to working with you in the future.

From our first contact with Gareth and Dave until the end of the build, this company were fantastic!! The build came in on budget and earlier than we expected!! They were always available to speak to and had excellent knowledge of building regulations and planning etc. All the lads were really good tradesmen, polite, on time and cracked on with the job with a good sense of humour. Special mention to Phil who was on the build from day one until the end and was really enthusiastic about the job, taking great pride in ensuring we were happy customers. Keep them stocked up with brews and you won't go wrong!! Les and Stu.
