These people use the exact same scam sounding telemarketers that refused to tell you anything. That's the same five questions and we'll hang up if you ask them if this is a scam.

First the price was fair compared to the vultures who fly in plain sight wanting to peck your tasty flesh.
The process is fairly involved but made easy as pie by the staff. Trust was never an issue for me. The company does what it says. Buys the house cash. Pays you the next day after everything is done and signed. I am happy to have done business with Community Home Buyers. I saved myself a massive headache by resisting the temptation to list it. And I saved the most precious resource of all.....time. Thank You all especially Alex for being so customer oriented and nice. I'm delighted.

Everyone at community homes was very Good. All my ? We're answer and they did a very good job of getting me top $ for my house. Even though it was not in best condition and needed a lot of work I still well please with amount of money I got and it was the very minimum that I needed to receive.

I am a widow soon to be 83. I have a condition which does not allow me to climb stairs. When my husband passed I was stuck with a house with three sets of stairs. When Community builders offered to purchase it I found that the mortgage company refused to work with me to complete the sale. Community Builders went to work to complete the deal without the mortgage company. They have gone out of their way to help me get out from under a house I could not live in and I can't thank them enough.

My experience with Community Home Buyers, was great. The price that they purchased my home for was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with the way that they communicated through the process, if you are trying to sell your home, this is the company to work with they really earn this five star rating.

Very trustworthy smooth transaction very reliable and went out of there way to give extra time to remove items and they did not pressure us. I would only use them if I was saleing a house the other people kept wanting to cut price they gave what we asked no going through any hoops they do what they tell you they will and made it quick and safe and fast.

Great Experience
When it came time to sell my house I was faced with a few problems.With 6 children I wouldn’t be able to keep the house clean for showings and I didn’t want people walking through because of Covid. The other was the bank was requesting that the current house be sold before I closed on the new one .Here comes Community Home Buyers .I didn’t know much about them and never heard of them but the offer they gave me sounded good so I looked into them and decided to give them a try .We negotiated the price for the property,they actually gave me a little more than what I asked for and put a contingency in the contract.That the sale of my house was based on me finding another one .The housing market is one with a lot of obstacles.I had a problem with the property I was going to buy and my realtor and they even helped me with that .They had a realtor who showed me properties and even explained the comps for the area and pointed out things like the age of the plumbing and mechanicals.I ended up getting the house I originally wanted and they let me live in the house rent free while I worked out the closing.This was a blessing for me and although I’m sure somehow it would of worked out anyway.I had a peace of mind and if I had to do it again I would.They brought my house ,I had the check in hand to pay for the down payment and they let me stay in the house we were use to living in for an additional 4-6 weeks rent free while I went through closing.I also didn’t have to pay realtor fees which are quite substantial in todays market.Give it a try it worked for me .

Just an amazing experience
I reached out to Community Home Buyers to see about selling my home of 23 years, after talking to I believe it was Jorden for a little while and having him explain to me the process I decided to have them come and take a look at my home. Another member of their team I cannot seem to remember their name came the next day to my home, asked me some questions and took a couple of pictures. The next day Jorden gave me a call to make an offer on my house, it was very fair and within 30 days they purchased the property. They made this a really easy transaction and I thank them!
