I had surgery on July 22 and had two consultations with Dr. Colin Tham beforehand. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. Considering accommodation costs, potential inconveniences, and the unfamiliar place and language barrier from those places, I decided to proceed with Dr. Colin Tham. He is very transparent, discussing both the pros and cons without any sales pressure, which I appreciated. It has now been two months since my surgery. While it’s not the final result yet, everyone has commented on how natural it looks. The entire surgical process included scar removal laser treatment, with no hidden fees or added costs. The post-surgery care from the team, including the receptionist and Dr. Colin's assistant, has also been prompt and attentive. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

After reading good review and hesitation, I finally decided to do my double eyelids by Dr Colin Tham and recommended my daughter to do it together with me. Till now it's been seven months my double eyelid back to normal drooping. Went there for review Dr Colin concluded the results was due to ageing. I really regretted this operation paying so much yet see no result. My daughter's double eyelid was imbalance and asked her to do the second surgery but my daughter dare not to do the second surgery due to his poor skills and poor knowledge resulting in extremely bad results. Very disappointed!

Dr Colin Tham was honest to tell me that Liposuction was not for me. I did rhinoplasty with Dr Colin last Nov. Everything went smoothly. My friends and family were surprised by how natural the new nose look and could not tell that I had done the surgery until I showed them the Before/After photos. Dr Colin was very patient in reviewing all the technical and aesthetics questions and requirements that I had, even replying my emails late at the night. The nurses made me feel very cared for throughout and especially when I was on the operating table. They conversed with me while preparing me for the surgery. Their down-to-earth, caring presence made me feel safe although it was my first surgical experience. Also, they were attending to all my questions via whatsapp very kindly. I was very glad that I did my procedure with Dr Colin and grateful that he helped resolve an insecurity that I had since I was young.

I've recently had the opportunity to receive the help of Dr Tham and his wonderful crew. I'm relatively new, and I'd have to say so far I've been very impressed with the outcomes. I also set my expectations with the 80-20 rule, where I dont expect the doctor to perform miracles. The doc can take us 80% of the way, the remaining is up to our living habits, individual circumstances, and most importantly doing all the things to ensure our own esteem and confidence. Dr Tham is extremely witty, humorous and truly caring. He is also data driven. I realized that a big part of that humor was meant to calm and assure the patient, especially in this age where some patients may be misinformed and overthink after a lot of googling. Googling is instant, but the body takes time to recover. During that period, anxiety and worries could kick in. Dr. Tham is also direct and frank, about what supplements and interventions he think would/would not work, or would be less worthwhile to pursue. He would also conscientiously collect data on your recovery to ensure his advice and recommendations are highly personalized. Regarding his crew, they are simply angels. They are highly responsive, and at each stage of the way they showed their care and concern. You can tell from their confidence that they've cared for several patients and their experience shows it. Their hard work in the background allows you to feel that it is a seamless process. They also work hard, replying me at odd hours. I am truly grateful to them. I procrastinated on getting an alar reduction for years but deciding to go to Dr Collin Tham was the best choice in my life. His work has definitely boosted my self confidence and esteem. Big thanks to the doctor, his receptionist, even the nursers at the surgery room, who always do their best to make me feel at ease and were professional at all times. I had my surgery done by Dr Collin in March 2020. He’s a ethical and professional surgeon and skilful to his practice. During consultation, he will explain the surgery clearly and and effects if any. Till to date, I’m still received my laser sessions by Dr Colin and he is still as professional as usual even. To add on, there’s no over price on the surgery which I have research before engaging for his service. My review came late, as recently I have saw much false accusations and malice against Dr Colin and I hope my 20 cents worth of feedback will help to clarify.

I feel this clinic is kind of very business-centric. If you look at all the 5 stars reviews, it is actually done by their own clinic staff or related persons. I would say take the reviews with a pinch of salt! It would be best if you consult a few clinic first before visiting this clinic. Get more opinions from other clinics first! Don’t jump into this clinic. Quite a shady business, where they have to ask people to give the google reviews to promote their business. Hello, you are a doctor not a pure businessman. You cannot purely think of operating like a company! Being a doctor still involves the obligation to improve patients wellbeing and lives. They are trying to accumulate as many 5 stars reviews to boost up their clinic ratings. I really don’t understand why? If you are good and famous, you need not do it. Naturally, word of mouth will spread. Such acts is NOT what a ethical doctor should do! Patients interest always come first! That’s why I say this clinic is more of business first rather than patients.
