Confident and professional trainer. Kept the pace of the session just right. Lots of signposting to relevant apps to assist with giving first responder first aid, accident do's and don't, and practical things to do if CPR not required but gathering information about the person, for example: do they have a allergy, are they diabetic.

Absolutely brilliant course from start to finish. Robby & James were both fantastic — really knowledgeable, approachable and made everything easy to understand. The way they delivered the course kept it engaging the whole time and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people learn properly rather than just rushing through content.
Clear Aid as a whole were professional, organised and created a really comfortable learning environment. I came away feeling much more confident and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do the course.
