Laundry place very well located and it’s very safe and clean! The old lady is also very very nice. I was wondering whether to go or not based on past bad reviews but don’t listen to them. It’s GREAT! Go wash your clothes!

This laundry is a vibe. The music is fun, the staff is super nice and kind and you get clean, yumm smelling clothes after.

The Machines they have are good. I've noted below the wash Machines IS dirty. But the Woman at the counter hast been extremely rude,very unfriendly regarding the explanation how it function

This location is exceptionally clean and feels very safe. The woman working there was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. I noticed some negative reviews about her, but based on our experience, those likely came from difficult customers—she was nothing but courteous to us. She assisted us with both the washers and dryers and even held our luggage so we could grab a bite to eat while our laundry was running. The prices were reasonable, the machines worked efficiently, and she offered helpful guidance on drying times so we didn’t overpay or waste time. Overall, a great experience!

This laundrette in Munich is very straightforward to use—machines accept card payments, which is super convenient. You can also buy detergent and fabric softener on-site for a small fee. Washing and drying a 7kg load cost around €11, which seems reasonable. The only downside is that the surrounding area feels a bit sketchy, but the laundrette itself is clean, well-maintained, and does the job efficiently. Would use again!

I came to Munich on business and was staying at Hotel Augustin. I was desperately looking for laundromats since I was travelling constantly plus my amex and forex cards don’t work everywhere so I was happy to read the reviews that this place accepted card. It’s a 10 min walk from my hotel. If you’re a non german speaker like me, please read this carefully: 1. When you enter the dry cleaners, look towards your left, there’s a counter. Most likely , there will be a lovely aged woman who will be there to help you but she might be busy inside doing the dry cleaning. If not, there’s a bell on the counter table, just tap on that and she will come to assist you. Incase you do not see the woman, for whatever reason: 2. Towards your right, you will see all the washers, just ahead of you are the dry cleaning machines. Proceed to the wash machines, tap the screen, choose options, mine showed 4.50 euros and then head back to the main counter where there is an option to pay by coins, cash and card. 3. Click on the desired machine number that you chose in step 1 and then if you don’t have detergent or fabric softener, you can buy it from here. Just make sure you add it to your current transaction. Press ok and pay by tap or card. Now if your card doesn’t work for whatever reason, like mine didn’t, please ask the lady in charge for a card payment machine. In my case, she helped me with that. Make sure you tell her what exactly you want and she will help you. She has a busy day and alot of things, so be specific and clear in your ask. She will guide you accordingly. 4. Go back to your machine, load the clothes,pour the detergent on the top of the machine (there’s a slot) and click on start. It should work. 5. Repeat the same process for dry cleaning. For wash - 5.50 euros (i added detergent as well) for dry cleaning - 6euros ( I opted for 30 mins). About 11 euros. Good clean place, has a coffee machine also. I didn’t want to use it since it was contactless card option and I knew I would run into the same trouble.

The Lady was very kind and polite to your needs. We dropped off our laundry and got it back in the afternoon with cheap price considering you are in the city center.
