Very bad customer service they separate my family in half some in and some out didn’t sale ticket. They turned our Sunday to a bad day.

We would like to clarify that on the day of your visit, only part of your group had purchased tickets. While our staff were assisting you and had asked half of your group to please wait at the counter, several members of your family entered the orchard without tickets or permission. For safety, security, and fairness to all guests, we cannot allow entry into the orchard without valid tickets, which resulted in your group being separated.
Our intention was never to spoil your Sunday but to ensure that all visitors enter the orchard safely and in accordance with our policies.
