Хочу поделиться своим неприятным опытом на день своей свадьбы. Я предварительно скинула фотографию и уточнила будет ли букет выглядит так же как на фото, на что мне ответили что сделают точно такой же. Я заказала букет из белых пионов, что бы большинство бутонов были полностью закрытыми и пару приоткрытых… В день своей свадьбы я получаю свой букет, настроение испорчено на целый день. Ведь это очень важное событие и букет который везде должен быть на всех фото оказался не свежим, кривым и совсем не таким как я просила. Лента была розового цвета и букет не был упакован в специальную коробку, его просто «запихали» в картонный пакет из-за чего бутоны помялись еще больше. Я сразу же написала администратору, о том что букет не похож на то, о чем мы договорились. Мне предложили заменить букет и второй букет можно было вообще не привозить (фото прикрепила). Мне очень жаль, что они отнеслись так к моему заказу, так как у меня было несколько вариантов, где заказать букет, я доверилась именно им и пожалела. На следующий день я написала им сообщение о том что они меня разочаровали, на что они просто извинились со словами «извините что мы не оправдали ваши ожидания. Так же хочу уточнить что за букет я заплатила 300$ Прикрепляю фото и переписку с ними (на русском языке)
