I went to Cellular City Phone Repair yesterday to get the LCD on my iPhone 14 Pro Max fixed, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The repair was done quickly (I was expecting it to take much longer!) and the quality is outstanding. The new screen looks perfect, the colors are bright, and the touch response is flawless. I went in to get my iphone 12 pro battery replaced. James was very helpful and gave me tips on how battery works. I bought the battery on amazon but after watching the diy video decided it may be too much for me. James got the phone back to me within 2 hours and cost me $55. Highly recommend James and the store.

I really appreciate James for his kind and awesome customer service but overall a really nice guy! I had a problem with my Iphone 11's screen being glitched and turning black but he was able to fix the problem really fast and explain what had happened. Last time I had my phone screen fixed costed $200 at the mall but here he charged me less than $90. He even gave me advice to avoid damaging my screen in the future and he's definitely the go to guy for fixing your phone. If I could give this place 6 stars I would!

With my iPhone 14 Pro Max suddenly losing its ability to charge through the charge port, I immediately went into a frenzy, figuring out the right place to take it. Knowing how insanely expensive the Apple Store tends to be as well their ridiculous wait times to get an appointment, I needed to act fast for a very quick fix. Cellular City Phone Repair was referred to me by my father who has always had great experiences with the owner, James. Now having conducted business with him, what I can say is that James is a gentleman who provides very fair prices, great service, and super helpful tips. I called in the schedule an appointment early in the morning and he encouraged me to come in, so he could inspect my phone to get a better understanding of what my problems were. He saw me immediately, and gave me a turnaround time of about four hours. Given this wasn't scheduled in advance, and when I returned to the store he was just finishing up, I couldn't have been more pleased to have my phone functioning normal again. After receiving payment, he mentioned that I should call back if any issues occurred after the service. From his friendly and respectful demeanor, as well as great reputation, not just with my father, but also from multiple comments listed on Yelp and other review platforms, I believe his word to be true and well definitely return if I ever need any other service for my smart phone. I highly recommend Cellular City Phone Repair and encourage anyone in San Leandro or in the accompanying East Bay to go here if/when in need of a phone repair. I rate this business a well deserved 5/5.

This time my Apple Watch model 2 broke, and got screen disconnected. When I appeared at the shop the watch was diagnosed, and the screen actually broke on edges, not unglued as I thought. Well, it is almost ten years since I bought it. Now is the best part, the owner offered me to glue it back, but as it was not clear if that is going to work, he offered to make this repair for free! And so far it works, even if my watch dies (at some point it will definitely will) I will definitely return to Cellular City Phone Repair, if not for repairs but to thank them

Excellent place to get your phone repaired. The owner is super kind, patient, and gives great advice. He got my Samsung completely fixed pretty quickly, from the screen, to the back, even the charging port. If needed, this place also has a lot of phones cases and accessories like cables and chargers.
