1/9/2024 White Dacia number plate ending in UVG, this is now the second time I've had issues with one of your drivers. Tailgating myself and other drivers down the A127 and cutting me up because he couldn't be bothered to get into the correct lane until last second. He's going to end up killing someone! February 2024- Don't know who drives the white skoda but next time have some patience rather than beeping at me whilst I'm trying to maneuver around a bus and two cars and having my autistic son in the car having a meltdown! Really nice of you!

Elderly lady waited 45 + minutes for a taxi when called was advised they did not know when said taxi would arrive, I called for said elderly lady only to be over talked and hung up on, terrible customer service
