Our phone system was upgraded a few wks ago. Some aspects of the phone system wasn't as we require. I emailed nexgen with the issue. A Technician called Reah contacted us and resolved the issue in a professional manner with one swift phone call. THANK YOU

A very smooth set up for our company Spot Therapy Hub. The team are great as my understanding of phonelines/internet is limited I really felt looked after and that I could trust the team here. Marydel was and is our main point of contact and I am very grateful for her support. When we transitioned there was a small glitch the following day. Naturally I panicked but Carlos kept things cool and calm and sorted us out immediately.
