Disappointed because they do not offer same day or next day cleaning because they send clothes out. They do not clean them at site. Good customer service though.

I have been going to Brite Touch Cleaners for about six years. The past few times I drop off clothes, its becoming problematic that they will only clean certain items. This past weekend, I picked up my shirts and my wife's items. They didn't clean one blouse becuase a string that you can barely see was missing. Another one of her blouse had a stain which they did not want to touch. The lady claimed she called me but I didn't answer, I checked my phone and did not have a miss call or a message from Blue Touch, cleary this was not true. Time to look for another cleaners.

Reg, thank you for being a Brite Touch Cleaners customer for about six years and for sharing your concerns. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration surrounding the items that could not be cleaned and the communication regarding your order. We understand how disappointing this experience was, especially after trusting us with your dry cleaning for so long. Your feedback about both the garment handling and attempted communication is important to us, and we’ll make sure these concerns are taken seriously. We appreciate your many years of business and hope we have the opportunity to regain your trust.

Driver just floored it down my residential street. I don't need my kids dying over a pissed off driver. Hire better people.

Sean, thank you for bringing this serious concern to our attention. We understand how upsetting it is to see a vehicle driving at an unsafe speed on a residential street, especially where children may be present. Safety is extremely important to us, and we take feedback like this seriously. We will make sure your concern is shared with the appropriate team so it can be addressed.
