Sterling job by Chris B today. Composite front door plus glass side panels & UPVC back door. He arrived on his own at 9am & finished at 15:30, worked steadily in & out of the rain fuelled by a few cups of coffee. Doors look & sound wonderfully solid - no more draughts. All left clean & tidy.What a very nice, polite young man, he deserves a bonus! Thanks

New windows in my elderly house at BH10 Bournemouth. Brackenwood were recommended by people who had also previously used them. A simple and efficient process from enquiry, to quotation, to survey and on to installation. Their triple glazing windows are of superb build quality. Not only that, 3 days to install 8 windows in bitterly cold January weather was done brilliantly by Mark H and Jake H - both inside and outside the house. They are a magnificent pair who are fully coordinated and obviously very proud of their joint workmanship. They ensure Brackenwood reaches the pinnacle of its own high standards. A huge thank you to all involved in the whole process.

Both Vasilis/Vasile arrived promptly, and discuss the approach for the job, and talked me through the new door features amd operation - a brief moment for a coffee and a chat amd they got on with dust sheets to ensure no mess and removed the legacy door. In what was no time at all, the guys had the new door in and squared off. After a final tidy up and hoover to ensure all making good cleared up, Vasilis walked me through the closing/opening and deadlock operation was clear, the guys thanked me for the tea shook hands and left, a stress-free experience throughout- thank you.

Had 4 windows fitted upstairs by fitters Heath & Barclay. Quality triple glazed windows, very nicely fitted. Their cleaning up afterwards was as good as their window fitting. Thanks for an excellent job.

Chris and Dave were very thoughtful when they fitted our Brackenwood window. They took time to add some extra trim to the outside to finish it off, ensured there wasn’t much mess in the house and I would highly recommend them
