I had an excellent experience with Best Quality Electric, especially with my technician, Zach Merbitz.
My window air conditioner kept tripping the circuit breaker after running for only one or two minutes. Zach carefully tested the air conditioner and determined that the unit itself was working perfectly.
He quickly identified the real problem and repaired the electrical outlet near the air conditioner so the plug would fit properly. He also repaired the circuit breaker in the basement that serves the air conditioner. After completing the repairs, the air conditioner has been running perfectly without any issues.
Zach was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and very patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood the cause of the problem and how he fixed it. I especially appreciated that he correctly diagnosed the issue instead of recommending unnecessary repairs or replacing the air conditioner.

This was the first time I used this company for electrical work. I found them quite responsible and very professional. They did the job promptly and completely. I had them replace 23 exterior lights and they reprogrammed my Lutron app afterwards. I would absolutely use this company again and you should too.
Just WOW! Everyone in this company is TOP notch! The owner and all the electricians are super knowledgeable, super kind! I had a bad fall out with a different company but BQ came and fixed all the issues and explained very thoroughly and easy for me to understand. We got big work done. Pool and some indoor work. The technician was VERY VERY good!!! I lost power in half of my house and he knew the problem fast and fixed it in a reasonable time. I had 2 other electric companies to look at it first and they weren’t too sure what the problem was. I would definitely use Best Electric in the future or recommend them.
Very efficient company. Great communication and excellent work. I had pool wiring done by BQ. Edinson and Rob provided detailed and estimates and happily answered all of my questions. David and Justin did my installation and were efficient and did a beautiful job. Kaitlyn in the office does an amazing job coordinating all the moving parts of every job. I have nothing but great things to say about BQ Electric. Know that if you hire them for any electrical job, you will be dealing with a well oiled machine and receive a great final product.
