They built an oasis in my backyard. Concrete, turf, swimming pool, spa... they have it all. I was burned by a contractor in the past so I was very worried going through this entire process, but everything was done on schedule and with the utmost professionalism. Freddy, Ben, and Roger were all great people and helped me every step of the way. Highly recommend!!!

Ben, Tony, Roger, Freddie, Richie, Mario, and all the guys at BP Water Inc were great. They Always listened, they prioritized building it the way I wanted and made sure it was done right, and were always good for their word. I couldn’t be happier with the final product, great value for the product, they remained flexible throughout the build process, and I would 100% recommend them and hire them again. You can look all you want, but you won’t find better. Thank you boys!

Small company with a bright future! Experienced some growing pains throughout the project which extended the duration longer than expected. New subcontractors were also brought on to pull in schedule, but the quality of their initial work didn't meet BPs expectations. Ultimately BP came through in the end, reworking hardscape where required to produce a quality end product! Overalls, it was great working with a one-stop-shop that would not only build the pool, but also take ownership of the hardscape and other small items to complete our back yard oasis. Thanks again BP!

They built a new jacuzzi for me as well as replastering the existing pool. High quality work. They matched the stone of my pool perfectly. However communication was the only issue, I dealt with so many people and had to ask a lot of questions to get things working, but the end result is of course great after figuring it all out. I do recommend this company. Thanks

In the height of the pandemic, we found ourselves planning to undergo a major landscaping project, with the pool as the central focus. I initially spoke with multiple pool companies, some very well known, some less so. Timing was an issue for many companies we spoke with, due to the high demand of the pool industry at the time. Many companies were quoting project start dates of six plus months out, just to break ground. I connected with Ben, as a recommendation from a friend who had used BP Water Concepts in the past. I immediately had a good feeling about him and the company. Ben was patient, responsive and always took the time to answer my questions. He was willing to do some initial complimentary design work for us, and pointed us in the direction of some popular sites for design inspiration. He understood our time sensitivity (we were living in new construction, on a dirt lot, with zero usable outdoor space for our three boys) and worked with me to quickly get our plans through the county approval process. He was able to get us on his calendar much earlier than many of the other companies we had spoken with. When it came time to select our materials, we had some very specific ideas in mind. The entire team was patient through that process allowing us to take the time to find the perfect selections to fulfil our vision. Ben and Roger went above and beyond, by working with various vendors that I had sourced locally (even though they were not his typical material suppliers). Once construction started, Roger and his crew were always very respectful of our family and our living environment. Roger would often check in with me along the way when laying materials to make sure we were all on the same page, and the crew executed our design with great attention to detail. Throughout the entire process, I was impressed with how responsive the company was regarding my questions. Whenever concerns or issues arose, someone was always available and willing to step up to make it right. In the end, we have a beautiful pool, and I am certain that we made the right choice hiring BP Water Concepts to do the job! If you want a company who is flexible, and will build the perfect custom pool for your needs, BP Water Concepts is the right fit! Our family looks forward to many fun-filled years enjoying our new backyard paradise!

BP Waters Concepts took my vision for a pool and spa and made it a reality. Freddy and Ben have built so many pools they knew exactly how to design the pool to fit in a small area that other pool company's said was not large enough to build the size pool and spa I was looking for. There crew is employed by BP Water Concepts not sub-contractors. These guys are professional and always happy to answer any questions while work is underway. They leave the job site everyday cleaned up as much as possible. I was able to contact Ben by email or phone without ever getting a voicemail or waiting more than a few minutes for a response on email. I also had the pleasure of working with Tony the project manager. He was always available to answer questions (even on his days off he would pick up his phone and respond.) and he always let me know in advance when and what work would be completed. He solved every design problem such as the finish for the patio with pavers and the railing needed for safety by the spa. He always made sure every small detail of work was completed very quickly. He is easy to work with and cares about the design. I have recommended BP Water Concepts to my friends and neighbors that are interested in building a pool.

I had BP Water Concepts take my original concept and turn it into the pool of my dreams.I worked with Ben, Roger and Freddy and all three were great to work with. These guys were patient with me and anytime there was something that I wanted adjusted they would make it happen. They were very responsive and always answered my calls and were prompt in getting things done. I originally contacted four pool companies and I liked these guys the best and their quote was very competitive. I highly recommend you consider them if you are planning a new pool.

I am extremely happy that we chose BP Pools. From the first contact with Ben, to the day we popped open Sparkling Blue Champagne to celebrate. Ben was quick to respond to my numerous questions. Our terrain is known to be challenging, but everyone at BP had a “no problem we can get it done” attitude. Freddie and Roger were professional and thorough. Our Pool turned out to be as beautiful as we imagined and in a very acceptable time frame. The cost was much more reasonable than other estimates as well. BP Water Concepts helped us remove several large boulders from our yard / bottom of our future pool. They were easy to work with, professional, with fair pricing. The guys on site had amazing work ethic, which is sadly rare these days (we have done several projects at our home). It was very evident that the employees at BP were well trained, knew what they were doing, and were dedicated to finishing the job as quickly as possible without cutting corners. I highly recommend this group for pool work.

BP water concepts was absolutely amazing! They made our dreams come true and designed the perfect back yard pool and spa.
We have been thinking about doing a pool for a long time and other companies either couldn't do it or were much too costly. We literally got quotes from everyone in San Diego and BP was heads and shoulders above the competition.
From the beginning in the design phase Ben was awesome and professional he answered all of our questions and helped create the perfect design. He also worked with us and helped us get the best pricing. What makes BP nice is they can do it all in house. Many other companies have a guy who has a guy but BP was a one stop shop.
Once the design was complete he passed us off to Roger and his team and Roger was just as great. He kept us informed and stuck to the timeline. The crew showed up everyday was professional and organized. He kept the back yard and front of the house very clean. Roger is well informed and provides great advice.
The quality of the pool was perfect and even the landscaping came out way better then we could have even imagined.
I could go on and on but there is nothing bad i can say about the pool process. Almost a full year later and i am very satisfied and highly recommend to All.

BP Water Concepts was fantastic to work with and made all of our pool and backyard dreams come true! It started with the design by Ben, who took all of our input and suggestions and nailed our design better than any other pool company. We got many other designs and he was by far the best. The great thing about Ben is that he took the time to jump on multiple zoom calls and actually work the design real-time with us. This took several hours and he said no problem as he wanted to get it just right. His attention to detail was second to none and we greatly appreciated it. We used every detail of his design from color schemes, paver pattern and color, stacked stone colors and designs, as well as tile and pebble tech. Everything was spot on and looked even better in person.
Roger was our project manager and did a great job talking with us daily and keeping us updated on the teams progress. We did a pool project with 2 other neighbors so they worked on 3 pools at once. They did a good job working between the jobs and sharing resources. All 3 jobs progressed well and turned out amazing even though we all had different designs. Roger goes the extra mile and does whatever he can to make sure you are happy with the construction experience and more importantly the finished product! He would constantly work with us when we had questions and make suggestions to improve our project. He is upfront about pricing so you know the costs if you want to add anything. We swapped out grass for more pavers and Roger and Ben did a great job on pricing and transparency.
Overall, you will not find a better pool company to make your dreams come true. Their pricing is better than any other company and their willingness to make your project amazing is the best in the business. If you want to have a pool oasis at a great price, with great attention to detail, you should use PB Water Concepts.

Roger and Ben did the entire process from concept all the way through construction. We had some challenges along the way but nothing to do with anything we could have predicted. Tons of stone and large rock forced us to make some slight changes and the end result is perfect! We love the craftsmanship on the pool stone work and get tons of great compliments. If you are looking for high quality, impeccable design and craftmanship with a family owned group that are great to know, look no further than BP Water Concepts. Of the other groups that we interviewed and met, BP gave us the best bang for our hard earned money. Thanks Ben and Roger!

Our pool was 20 years old and needed a refresh. We got several bids. We chose BP Water Concepts INC. They were a great crew. On time every day and finished the project in a timely manner. Pretty much did exactly what they said they would. The craftsmen were skilled and we felt very well taken care of. We are very happy with our "new" pool. Looks and works great!
