We outsourced EXTREMELY customized Property Management and Construction Rehab accounting to Maxim Liberty starting on 1/2013.
I have such a high level of appreciation for Maxim and their staff's Trustworthiness, Accuracy, and Timeliness that I now give the people that work on my account an annual bonus of a month of the price I pay for each of them (i.e., more than a month of their salary).
No bonus is expected. I give this because the same people have been working on my account for many years and are as much a part of the success of my company as my U.S. staff.

I usually refrain from outsourcing critical business functions (like bookkeeping) - particularly to an international / offshore team. However, Maxim Liberty has been amazing!! Even though part of their team is offshore, the company does have presence in the U.S. and their international personnel are absolutely spectacular!
