You jackasses left a flyer on my car and it rained. You suck. Companies like you are the f****** worst. Don't touch people's cars and don't ruin people's windshield wipers. I hope you go out of business. A car wash was not able to remove the residue from your stupid flyer. It was there for about two months. Just an update. I still think you suck. 2024 update. I hate you.

One of a kind workout experience. Unbelievable time all while I was getting a bad a$$ work out. Was sweating my butt off but it was all very realistic for me and able to take breaks without any issues.

"Man the reviews are great, but why is this place giving me Globo Gym vibes? Nightclub aesthetic...really? I'll give it a shot, but man idk". That was the thought I had when I initially came across BMF (the gym's acronym, not the Rick Ross joint) nearly a month ago. Flash forward to now and I couldn't be happier to say that that initial skepticism has been replaced with genuine enthusiasm and exuberance. That's because BMF not only offers members the opportunity to be challenged in a fun, up-tempo, and collaborative environment, but also a chance to reap the rewards of their efforts. My resting heart rate and HRV have seen significant improvements over the past few weeks as I couldn't be more excited to build upon that progress moving forward. I'll wrap up this novel of a review by saying BMF is an affable and uplifting community in addition to being a first-class gym. Both the staff and other members make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door for each and every class. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the "new kid at school" feeling dissipated after I joined. TLDR - The reviews are legit because this gym and this community are a catalyst to a greater and healthier life. Alexa, play that Rick Ross joint. PS - That nightclub aesthetic...Yeah, it works. It works very well.

I honestly didn't know what to expect when I heard BMF was similar to night club meets gym I don't club but decided to give it a chance. I'm so glad that I did!!!! BMF blew me away! Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner. She didn't know it was my first time, which was even more impressive, because i got to witness first hand how she treats her members and staff. Her hospitality was off the charts. I was given a brief tour of the facilities and introduced to Sabrina, the powerhouse instructor of the day! She was everything that an instructor should be and more. Omg! The energy in the room was crazy positive and uplifting. The workout was challenging and fast-paced. However, the members will help guide you if you ever get lost. Cheryl was my angel of the class! The class was so diverse and I loved seeing people of all ethnicities and ages in the class crushing the workout!!! The music is upbeat and current. No need for headphones at all! At the end of class, Ian explained the membership process and answered all of my questions and concerns. Honestly, I can see why this PLACE was voted a #1 gym in DFW! BMF IF A GYM DREAM COME TRUE in all aspects. Amazing staff. Exciting workouts. Supportive community of members. Upbeat vibes. Beautiful facilities. BMF is next level and something you have to experience for yourself!

This is an amazing gym for HIIT (high intensity interval training) in a group environment. My friends and I have so much fun here because the energy in this place is amazing. Everything from the night-club lighting, to the fast paced music, to the caffeine fueled instructors, make this an incredible workout that you will quickly become addicted to. If you love your "muffin-tops" and "jelly-rolls", don't come here because you will rapidly burn those off! What the owners have built here is remarkable and should be tried by everyone at least once!

Just did a lower body strength class with Coach Mario and it was just pure high energy and SO MUCH FUN! He keeps us engaged and also gives encouragement! Highly recommend!

BMF is a workout experience like no other! The workouts are always changing so they don’t feel monotonous. The coaches and music pump you up so you don’t even feel how hard you’re going. And I’ve improved my running more in 6 months of going than in the prior decade.

I did this class a few times. I’m not going to lie this was probably the most fun I had working out. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I would’ve joined but I moved far out the way 😞

I joined BMF two months ago and have really enjoyed all the classes. I have been going 3-4 days per week so far and all of the trainers are fantastic and super energetic! The vibe is great and everyone is very positive and supportive! Highly recommend!

I’ve taken over 700 classes at BMF. I love the energy and the fact that no two workouts are the same. The trainers are professional and know their stuff. I recommend to anyone that’s looking for something new and exciting!
