I was recently injured and as a result a change in lifesyle was necessary. After looking at many options I came to the conclusion that donating and selling what I could no longer use was not going to do what I needed. I needed a dumpster, a large dumpster, so I called several companies and Blue Bin turned out to be the best solution for me. They were able to find times for drop off and pick-up that worked for me. They were very careful with my landscaping and concrete so there was no damage. Zack put the bin exactly were I needed it and gave clear instructions for using the gate and explained how to avoid extra charges or the cost for loading in hard to dispose of items if I didn't mind paying for the service. Bailey picked up the bin and made quick work of it while still managing to do a check of the bin and the pickup site. I was able to fit almost everything in with ease, but need help with a couple of the heavier items. I made a choice to use Blue Bin which cost just a little more, but at the same time I did not have to miss other money making opportunnities. There were many ways to settle the invoice, making payment easy. I was able to use texts, email, and phone to stay in touch so communication was quick and simple. I will use them next time I need a dumpster.

These guys are great! We just used them for the second time and I will be calling them when I need a dumpster in the future. My mother just passed and we had a lot of stuff to get rid of. Communication was great and the bin was carefully placed with no complaints from the HOA. They even provided me a pair of gloves. I had a great experience working with Blue Bins on a kind of funky project where I essentially needed 10,000lbs of marble moved across the Salt Lake valley as fast as possible. I expected to get attitude and rip-off pricing - I received neither. The price was fair and service excellent. Coming from someone who’s hired many companies over the years to complete various home projects - I especially appreciated how smoothly the project’s communication was handled from start to finish. In my experience, the person I initially speak with to get whatever project planned and paid for is NEVER the same person that shows up to do the job. More often than not, the people actually completing the project unfortunately don’t speak English, and this language barrier/game of telephone ends up costing me additional time and money. Long story long - having the person I planned to do the job with taking care of the project personally was a breath of fresh air, and why I’m rating Blue Bins 5 stars.
