My cycle has just been collected. I was able to track the 'courier' right to my address. Very 'in real time' and accurate. Very satisfied with the courier's professional approach, particularly in boxing and securing the cycle for transit. All easy and painless. Great, thank you.

Great service and delivery - prompt and on time!!! Only thing is Chris:- the delivery driver starting walking down the road apart from the sheltered housing complex where I live:- after parking in our residents/visitors car park!!! His geography is NOT great BUT he knows his bikes and about them; which is the most important thing and canβt fault him here!!! Nice, lovely guy as well - pleasure to meet him as well!!!! I live just three hours away and have been waiting for the bike for ten days; it would have arrived sooner if I had ordered it from China. One of the managers told me someone would definitely contact me today, but no one called. There is absolutely no professionalism.

your order was placed with us on 7/9 - 8 days ago. Your bike was collected on 9/9. We quote upto 5 days for delivery of a Large Ebike to a Zone C address which takes us to 16/9, tomorrow, when your bike is scheduled for delivery. We are within our stated delivery timescales. Posting another 1 star review is not necessary and unjustified

Somebody will make contact with you today to find out what the issue is but so far we've collected your bike within 2 days of placing the order, delivery is planned for this week
The bike was delivered on time and without drama. The driver had to face some unbelievable parking challenges outside my office in Bham City Centre, but he just took it in his stride - a really good guy.
I will definitely use them in the future.

Great service, I was kept updated and the driver let me know when he was 10 minutes away, the delivery was easy and much care was taken to ensure that my bike was not damaged whilst being taken from the van.
