I had Bespoke Contracting replace flooring in my home, including hardwood, stairs, and landings, and I was very happy with the results.
From the beginning, they took the time to explain my options and helped me choose a flooring product that fit both my budget and the look I was trying to achieve. The work was completed on schedule, and communication throughout the project was clear and consistent.
One thing I appreciated was how respectful the crew was of my home. The work areas were kept clean, and the project stayed organized from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and I always felt informed about what was happening next.
The quality of the finished work has held up very well, and their attention to detail was evident during the final walkthrough.
Overall, my experience was very positive. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and professional contractor for flooring or renovation work, I would recommend Bespoke Contracting.

Extremely happy. This is our 2nd time using Bespoke Contracting and I think that says a lot when you ask someone to return. They were all wonderfully pleasant, professional and efficient. Donovan responded to all our concerns promptly and patiently. All projects run into some difficulties but despite a couple of setbacks that were out of everyone's control the project was completed only a couple days late. Would definitely hire again and recommend.
