Bates Moving & Storage did an amazing job moving us from Maryland to long Island NY. There whole team was oustanding including Jeff the driver and especially Eren, who did a top notch job meticulously protecting our expensive art work collection of expensive paintings and collectibles for the move. Everything was handled with extra care and delivered on-time. I would give this company and the Team moving our lifetime valuables 6 stars on google if I could. Dont forget to ask for Erin if you hire them becouse you items will be in good hands and he will go above and beyond any other mover. Thanks Bates Moving & Storage, you made a stressful time of moving actually a pleasurable experience for us.

A team of 3 professional gentlemen... Bobby, Cameron, and Savon helped moved my mom. It occurred right after a terrible blizzard and the crew had to navigate icy walk ways and 3 trees that had fallen blocking the driveway. They were quick, kind, and extremely thorough. We are also grateful to the team members that helped mom pack up. Highly recommend this company for packing and moving needs.

I had a great experience with Bates Moving last Friday- the four guys that moved me were so professional. I made the mistake (unknowingly) with not wrapping my mattresses but Cam came prepared and it was a simple fix. I moved from a 3rd floor apartment- so no easy task but they were efficient & awesome!! Not to mention, Bates was significantly more affordable than other companies I received quotes from. The lower price did not impact the quality- I could not have been more relieved that I chose Bates. I had a nightstand that was damaged in transit but they took care of it and I received the nightstand back today and it looks good as new! Huge thank you to Cam and the guys. Though I hope I do not have to move again anytime soon- I will call Bates when I do! Pictures of the nightstand before and after are attached.

If we could give them higher than 5 stars, we certainly would! They worked well together and got the job done in a timely manner! They took their time and expertly packed everything! If I could give them a higher rating we would... 5 stars is not enough to express the quality, care and professional service provided by our moving team. This is the second time we worked with Aaron & Cameron. Beyond their knowledge and skill in moving some difficult pieces with ease, they treated us like family and our belongings as if they were their own. We have moved a number of times over our lives and the moves we made with Bates have been by far the best!!

We recently moved from Delaware to South Carolina and our experience with Bates Moving from start to finish was absolutely fantastic! 5 stars aren't enough, they deserve 10! This is a family run business and the attention they provided through every position and level of the organization can't be beat. We had logistical things we had to address for our move, and Bill Sr, Bill Jr, and the rest of the team always went out of their way to ease our anxieties. They are great people. We couldn't be more thankful for what they did. If you are looking for a mover in the Delmarva area, this is the one. There is not a better moving company out there.

John, Bobby, and Aaron from Bates Moving and Storage did the local delivery for my United snap move from across the country. It was a terrible day weather-wise - lots of rain, wind, and cold - but despite those challenges, they did an A+ exceptional job. They were careful and respectful, communicative, and hard working. Everything was placed where it was supposed to go, in great condition, and they took special precautions to avoid tracking in water or my things getting exposed to the rain. The guys were great to joke around with a bit too, keeping the mood light - and they were done super fast, too! Would definitely recommend and use them again!

I give this company 5 stars all the way! As a person who had only moved twice before and had no idea what I was doing, they made it super easy and definitely worth the money. They were responsive and knowledgeable when I called, and when they came out for the estimate. They were cheaper than the other movers I checked into and arrived axactly at the time they said they would. Their three man team was very professional and very respectful of my belongings and my new construction home (covering the carpet, etc.) They were also done in less time than the estimate. I would highly recommend them. This was some of the best money I've ever spent.

We used Bates to move my Mother In Law from MD to Jacksonville. They were very responsive and did a remote estimate since they could not go onsite. Their quote was accurate and 1/2 what others wanted (including the POD option). The office kept us informed every step of the way and the movers were efficient and professional. They even made 2 stops to place things in her new apartment so we did not have to move them later. I would highly recommend them! Bob Ponik

Great service, great price. 1/3 the price of 2 Men and Truck, while being more polite and more timely. Moved my Mom into assisted living. They had an "opening" so we needed to move ahead quirkily. It was, just a few items. Movers were fast, nice, and efficient. Infesting I work for Bates, when I was 16, 50 years ago.

I can't say enough about Bates! Not only did all of our belongings arrive in excellent condition it was done professionally and with friendly, hardworking men! We hit a snag moving in as the owners did not leave until 4:00..... that didn't stop Bates!! They moved us in even though it would be a 12 hour day for them! At 7:30 we had pizza and a few laughs! Highly recommend Bates and the crew who did such a fantastic job for us!!!
