Came here twice and received the same kind of slow service. The waitress needed to be tracked down each time and no one ever came by our table. The first time we thought it was just a one time thing so we gave it another chance and came again. Both times took close to 45 minutes for food to come after we ordered. Second time when we waited for so long and the waitress didn't bother coming by to refill drinks or to let us know the food is coming, we just left the place after wasting almost an hour there hungry. Maybe you can come here for drinks at the bar. But never come here for food. Food tastes mediocre and soooo slow. There are 3 restaurants within 1 min walk, go to one of those. Not here

They Need a Better Bartender

Always a good time. Great vibe, great food, good drinks. The only thing that needs work is the service. If you sit inside, the service is just fine. Not above and beyond, but average. If you sit outside, good luck. It's like servers don't watch the patio at all. You have to flag someone down to ask if they can take your drink order, then they make you wait while they find out who it's supposed to be. I'm not sure if they rotate the outside tables and the hosts don't tell them when it's their turn, or if they just aren't paying attention. But I was a server for 11 years. At the very least, get the order and then hand it off to the person who is the server. You flag them down and then they make you wait longer while they try to figure it out. But if you're just looking for drinks and to dance on the weekend, this is the perfect spot.

Staff was handling the late night crowd well, but it still smelled like vomit and urine as I waited +10min at the bar to get my first drink. Maybe a club in Carmel just ain't my scene?

Luv this place

Had to try something new since they changed one of my favorites. Great thing is that it was fire. Highly recommend the cajun salmon and shrimo. Staff was friendly and efficient. Open outdoor patio was enjoyable. Good beer special.

Great atmosphere, food, and drinks are delicious!

OMG, try the salmon and shrimp meal with a lovely 9 ounce glass of red wine, shaken and iced and strained into a beautiful wine glass. This place is great!

Great server, pretty diverse menu selections, and prompt service..

Malik was the best server ever!

Food was decent. Better than a chain but not “OMG we have to go back.” Server sucked. Never saw him again after food came out until he was giving the bill. Payment method is rude. Server stood over us with a credit card machine with tip auto set to 20-25-30%. I normally tip heavy but don’t appreciate being stood over while deciding especially when you never came back to check on us, bring another drink or anything.
