☺ I lived everything about my stay at Apollo, really clean, comfortable, housekeeping fantastic they kept tea coffee sugar soft drinks stocked up daily, bin emptied daily, fresh towels every 2 days plus bedding changed mid week. Staff very friendly

Please note your banned from booking with us again. You booked our single room and then tried to sneak another person into the room in the middle of the night after we told you that you couldn't. We do not offer buy one get one free. As per our T's & C's you where charged for the second guest and was asked to leave the premises immediately. You then spent the night harassing other guests, neighbours & a member of staff

☺ Near the station, bus interchange and a secure car park. Lovely staff. Clean and quiet, despite being full. Lots of useful things in the room, fan, iron, DAB radio, TV. Good selection of things to make hot drinks.
☹ No hand-wash basin in the shared toilet. Didn't have one of the great illuminated mirrors that I had in a previous room.

☺ The host was nice and the room clean and pleasant. Nice selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate with biscuits and chocolates.
☹ The only problem we had was that the WiFi wasn't working at all and the same for the TV. The TV signal kept breaking up on all channels.

☺ TV position in room good - can watch while lying on bed. Tea, coffee and milk and biscuits topped up everyday which was nice. Room cleaned everyday. Parking permit overnight in multistory useful. Shared shower and toilet always v clean. The pink painted exterior helped locate the property easily.
☹ A little stuffy in room as window did not open wide but the fan provided helped a lot. This was a minor thing. Nothing else it was all fine.

Room looked onto street - not very private.
Shower is extremely small.
Bathroom sink is not only small but has glass shelf just above that prevents you from bending face over sink. Should be moved to left of sink.
Room lacks, and would benefit greatly from addition of:
small fridge; small (foldable) table; window blinds.
