If I could give less then 1 star I would If I could give less then 1 star I would, We asked for external wall insulation but they would only do it internally! 5 days it was supposed to take the 1st week in May 2024 with problems they caused with the work, missed appointments poor workmanship some of it had to be redone it eventually took until 8th of July to 'complete' the original work. With broken promises having the wife in tears and unable to live in the house for a while on top Still there is remedial work to complete I.e. carpets badly cut and and new window handles to be fitted it is now October and it still hasn't been sorted. The problems caused are to many to list So please be aware if you use these people don't believe what they say and be prepared for the long haul. Date of experience: 09 October 2024 Edit

Absolutely brilliant company from start to finish. From the initial sales rep visiting us to the end product, everyone was great and very knowledgeable. (Loads of companies out there send sales reps out that know nothing about solar, do your research). My quote was held for around 18 months, and by the time I was ready, my panels were upgraded and installed in 2 days. We were given free pigeon proofing, not a pigeon in sight! The staff in the office couldn't be more helpful, the electrician was great as were the lads on the roof installing the panels. Everyone was professional and respectful.I would definitely recommend this company. We're very happy with our solar system, and now I'm addicted to looking at my sunsynk app!

All Seasons Energy were fantastic. All the people that worked in my house, including communications from the company, worked hard, efficiently and the finished product is perfect. Absolutely brillant professional service. We had a mix of external insulation, internal and roof insulation and electrical work. 10 days from start to finish for all work to be completed on site. Our work was funded which did delay the initial application but as soon as work commenced i couldn't fault it, the tradesmen where polite, respect of our property inside and out and left everything clean and tidy each day with great attention to detail throughout the work. Definitely a company i would recommend.

Solar panel install. Friendly, knowledgeable people here, both in the office, sales and workmen / installers. Easy to get hold of, UK offices / phone lines no overseas call centres! Could answer questions quickly. Came up with tailored install to suit my needs. Great installers, from scaffolders, roofers and electricians. Tidy, pretty quick install, no mess, fitted how/where I wanted. System works well. A bit more info on use of the Sunsynk app would help!

All Seasons energy installed a new air source heating system with solar panels, and insulated the walls of my mother's house. They are a very professional outfit and kept to the detailed timetable that was given before they began. An excellent job was done and I'd highly recommend All Seasons Energy to anyone considering having this kind of work done to their home.

We have just recently had solar panels, inverter and two batteries fitted by All seasons Energy Ltd. Although initially having some reservations about the whole process, all my (many) questions were answered professionally and the whole design process was very smooth. The two fitters (Dan and Danny) were kind and considerate in our house and the work was done to the high standard I expected. After sales services, such as linking to the national grid was carried out in an exemplary manner (many thanks to Anna and Laura here), and many other companies in this sector should look to All Seasons as role models of how to ensure customer satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The sales representative Phil Slater is excellent and nothing was to much trouble and definitely no high pressure selling. Carl and Taylor the installation team obviously know their job and went out of the way to be helpful. The office staff are always polite and efficient. Everyone that we came in contact with was first class and went out of their way to explain whatever was necessary to a couple that are not tech savvy. The firm made it a pleasure to do business with them and almost a pleasure to spend our money.

We had IWI done and new extractor fans fitted just before Christmas, The two gentlemen who carried the IWI work was amazing and very polite, The electrician was also very polite, Everything was going well until one of the plumbers removed a radiator in my living room and caused a leak on one of the pipes which unfortunately went un-noticed until I mentioned it to one of the guys doing the IWI showing the puddle on the floor board, However it got fixed the same day by the plumber, We are still not sure why all the external walls didn’t get insulted, We understand the bathroom and kitchen couldn’t but we have a small toilet area which doesn’t have a hot/cold taps just a toilet downstairs which has two external small walls in which gets really cold in the winter and is prone to condensation due to the cold solid walls, I would of thought that would of definitely got done due to it being the coldest spot in the house, it’s only a small area so insulated plasterboard would of done the trick, We had to ask they guys to insulate other walls what was external and prone to condensation also which they did after running it past the office, Unfortunately there is four solid cold walls what hasn’t been insulated so our kitchen is really cold compared to the rest of the house, The gentleman was confused why it wasn’t put on the work plan to insulate them has it has no restrictions to do so, Only the kitchen window which they couldn’t, So I’m a little disappointed in that has we spent a lot of time in the kitchen/diner area and would of been nice being having a warmer area. When the plumbers came to put our radiators back on they had to adjust the radiator in our living room due to the IWI however made a big mistake in the measurements and left a long pipe exposed (See Pics) which having kids isn’t ideal, Also the pipe on the left of the radiator goes through the skirting board which is the pipe exposed the pipe on the right of the radiator is above the skirting board so as you can imagine it not a pretty sight, More concerned one of my kids will accidentally stand on the pipe exposed and cause a huge leak. In General I’m happy with the results and the house is a lot warmer and the IWI guys I couldn’t thank them enough, I wish the plumbers took more attention to detail tho, Only thing what I’m disappointed in was not getting all the external walls done to keep a comfortable temperature across the property, The kitchen/Diner is a large area so it gets very cold in there. I would definitely recommend this company !!! UPDATE: Plumber came out and removed our double panel radiator and replaced it with a single panel radiator but slightly bigger in length, The plumber couldn’t drain down the system completely and tried numerous of times to solder the new pipe work but was unsuccessful as there was still water in the pipes he tried a wet vac but still the water persisted, He tried and tried and finally got it to solder together with the water still in the pipes, Now the pipe work is short and more reasonable and safe, The plumber has ruined my new skirting board soldering the pipes (see pics) My partner said she could smell something burning and I said it will be just the soldering he’s doing and it wasn’t after he left I noticed the burn marks on the skirting board.

Applied for the government grant for free home insulation and was handed over to all seasons energy to manage this. They then emailed to ask for £5k off me to provide internal insulation. I had had no consultation or discussion to see what I could receive on the grant, what I could afford, and what would be most appropriate. Also this request was done before anyone had even looked at my property. When I flagged this they dispatched a man who thoroughly measured and inspected the house and said someone would be in contact to discuss what insulation would be best, including loft insulation, and see what would be best. Instead I then got a request for an £18k 'contribution'. This is obviously out of my budget and not affordable and again there was no explanation as to what this is for, no breakdown of the cost, and no discussion on what the grant would be covering. After this I had no further communication from them and to be honest I don't think i'd be interested in going forward with them regardless as the impression I got was that they were more interested in getting money off me than providing a good service that suited me. I worry about what happens if it was a vulnerable person and not me who wasn't as cautious with their money and was more trusting. I'm now starting the process again and hoping i'll be able to work with a company that's more interested in providing a suitable and appropriate solution and explains the costings openly and honestly.

Hi Patrick, we’ve looked into this further and someone did talk to you over the phone to discuss your quote. The original quote was £5,000 subject to survey. After the survey, our team explained that there wouldn’t be any way to reduce the cost significantly and it would be more than originally stated due to funding and eligibility criteria. We’re sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with us and that things weren’t explained to you in further detail. We’ve passed your comments over to the team so we can look to improve and future customers won’t have a similar experience.
