⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Fraudulent & Unprofessional Service | Please Beware
I am writing this review to warn others about the fraudulent practices and highly unprofessional behavior of All India Maid Service, based out of Jaipur.
I urgently needed an all-rounder cook and was asked to pay ₹2,000 as registration fees, which I did in good faith. Despite the urgency, it took 18 days for their representative, Soniya, to arrange a candidate for an interview. I eventually interviewed Salma from Hyderabad, who confidently claimed on a conference call—with Soniya present—that she could handle all cuisines and would deliver excellent service.
Shockingly, before the candidate could even arrive, Soniya insisted I pay half the cook’s monthly salary as the agency commission without providing any trial, assuring me they were genuine and trustworthy. I made the payment based solely on her assurance.
What followed was a nightmare.
The cook they sent was completely incompetent—she couldn’t make basic tea or even an omelet. Her behavior was alarming and unstable to the point that even Rahul from their Escalation Team admitted multiple times that she was “psycho”, his own words. She was abusive and even raised her hand on my mother’s caretaker and my mother (75+ years of age), which is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous.
When I informed the agency and requested support, Soniya stopped answering calls entirely. Rahul initially responded, agreed the cook was unfit, and told me to let her go without payment, which I did. He assured me a replacement would be arranged. Since then, he too has gone completely silent—no responses to calls or messages.
I have proof of all payments, call logs, and message exchanges which clearly indicate that this agency is running a fraudulent operation.
I will be escalating this matter on social media platforms, consumer forums, and with the ombudsman to ensure that companies like this do not continue cheating innocent customers.
Please stay away from All India Maid Service. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest.
