I was first introduced to APM when I was renting a property which they managed. The property was always well maintained and Gabe and Adam were available if I ever had any issues. Fast forward a few years, I am fortunate enough to own two properties which I need to be managed. APM has done a great job. They are forward thinking, have a great system for finding the right tenants and always maintain a well prepared, clean and tidy property.

Allegiance took over for our previous property manager. I can't speak about everyone at this company, but Adam has been great. Adam resolves issues rather quickly and will provide possible solutions to problems as well.

When I moved into my unit, I was told to list anything wrong and send it to them so they could take care of it. The biggest things I had issue with was that the AC unit in the bedroom did not work, and the screens in the windows were either missing or had large tears in them. I informed them the moment I noticed these issues. That was in June/July 2020. It is now April 27th, 2021 and they have done absolutely nothing. In August 2020, my shower stopped draining due to the last tenants hair. The blockage was too deep for a standard store bought snake. It took them 2 weeks to finally send out a plumber to fix it. APM often likes to ignore you until you send multiple messages. Then they tell you that they're working on the issue. Then they hope you just stop bothering them so they can ignore you for 9 months. They've told me that the delays are because of the owner's unresponsiveness. I don't know how true that is, and they can't share the owner's info, so the blame falls to them.

My first time landlord hired this company and have shown very little professionalism or punctuality. Fake address, inactive office number, and a habit of hiring the cheapest people instead of the best.

We filled out an application reluctantly after finding out no phone number would reach them. No response from an email inquiry either. Paid the fee for the application, but they never once pulled any report as confirmed with the people that supply a hard copy of the report, and never called references like my current landlord. I basically paid the $80 to them to take personal information they did nothing with. Don't even apply with them.
