Very good. Clean. Rooms a bit cramped.

It was so nice to stay there. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Great experience will definitely stay if we come next time.

Good location, walking 5-10 min to subway station Kelvinbridge. 5-10 min to near co-op grocery store or food takeaway shops, e.g. burger, sushi . 15-20 min to University of Glasgow. My room was at ground floor of the next building, spacious, with two chairs. Tidy and clean. Shower room with only fixed showerhead. With wardrobe, electric fan, iron and stand, hair dryer, small kettle. Provided two cups with some coffee powder, teabag, chocolate drink. Free wifi. The reception staff was polite and helpful. 2pm to check in, 11am to check out, reception open up to 10pm. Pay when arrival. Please note that There are a few steps for the entrance. The area is a quiet and safe area. But my room was not so quiet, when there were someone talking at the lobby.

The room we stayed in was a lot bigger than we thought it was going to be! It was very clean, stayed cool during a hot front and was overall very nice. The front desk staff was great, answered all the questions we had about the part of town we were in and even let us leave our suitcases there when we checked out because we had a few hours from then until we took a train out of Glasgow. The area we were in couldn’t be more convenient, we were really close to a lot of bars, restaurants & coffee shops and walking around was so easy. We left a bar late on a Friday night and there were a ton of people out being loud on the streets but this hotel is tucked away on a very quiet street and we couldn’t hear any of it from the hotel thankfully. I would definitely stay again, especially for the price and I would recommend it to everyone!!

Lovely, mid size hotel in Glasgow’s West End. Super convenient: just off subway station but away from the noise and traffic. Chose it for its position near the university, but it’s excellent for tourism too. Huge park right opposite, great for walks, jogging and a pint at the Deep Inn. Good breakfast. Staff are especially good: not just polite, but friendly and helpful. If you have a (reasonable) request, they will actually understand what you are asking and then try to accommodate it in any way, even when super busy. If in Glasgow again, we shall stay with them again.

Real pity that the fan was so small made no difference to the room without a window to open. The service and breakfast was first class.

We had a great time staying here from the US! We checked in before 10pm (2200) and were greeted with nice service and were made to feel very welcome after a long couple of days traveling. The breakfast is very good, you can get a full Scottish breakfast or you can select different things to make your own. There’s other items to chose from as well. The rooms are lovely. We had a an amazing sleep. It’s very close to a park and the area I was visiting. 10/10 I would happily stay here again, we look forward to it!

Great accommodation for the location we needed, close to our friends, that we were visiting. And subway stations.

Great little hotel in a vibrant neighbourhood. Only gripes were minor issues in room 11. The bed was broken in one corner. Not badly but enough to make me think I was falling out. Only realised it was broken on last morning. No plug for sink. Shower head loose. One window latch broken.

Thank you for the hospitality! Had a great 1-night stay at the Albion. I loved my cozy attic room- room number 16- with tranquil views overlooking trees and a grey Glasgow sky. My original ground floor room had a frosted window that you couldn’t see out of, but the manager was kind enough to change my room when I asked. The location is wonderful, around the corner from a striking church and a short walk from the Mackintosh House and nearby park. Very quiet, too. (Although easy to get to by bus or metro.) I would gladly stay here again.

Such a lovely and accommodating staff. We had a medical issue that required consultation with 111 (not possible to reach via US cell phones). They offered us use of the house phone tho it took over an hour, as well as where we could get urgent care if needed. Very compassionate snd competent people here. A lovely walkable neighborhood as well, good restaurants and shops nearby and very handy to the subway.

Très bien situé, au calme et pratique d'accés, quartier sympa et métro à 100m. Confort basique, propre, calme. Accueil sympathique. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner pas terrible (même si pas cher). En résumé, plutôt un bon plan.
