I was a bit scared for my first dermal filler treatment, but i am glad i have chose Ageless Medical.
Dr Lam is so skilful and patient. She explained everything about the treatment in detail and answered all my queries. The therapist who assisted during the treatment also make me feel at ease.

This is my first time to have Botox treatment and I have consulted many doctors about the risks of this treatment. I finally chose to come here through a friend's recommendation. I recently had my first Plinest treatment at Ageless medical , I’m thrilled with the results!

Misleading advertisement. Therapists were friendly and helpful but did not offer the service as indicated on brochure. When questioned why service was not rendered as per brochure, tried to hoodwink consumer by coming up with illogical explanation. Do be careful to ask many questions before committing to any service from them.

I would just like to add, contrary to what you said, whilst the two staff's service standard were remarkably professional, none of them mentioned to me that it's either OR. If they had, I certainly would have the brain to process it's either ONE only.
Which is why we had to refer back to your advertisement. Which clearly explains why this review is in place.

They insisted I must make a trip down to sign some form that says that I will only get the refund if I withdraw this feedback. I told them to forget about the refund because the truth stays. Zero point for service recovery, Ageless. Come on, u can do better.

They made it sounded like I wrote this review for a refund. The truth is they asked me to remove my review in exchange for a refund. And in order to get the refund, I had to go to the premise to sign some form, which I refused. Agless Medical, you can do better.

1. We have been running the Miracle Defence facial trial since 2019 and we have had many happy customers who have gone on to purchase a package after the trial and many happy customers who have given us good reviews online. None of our customers have complained about our friendly and helpful staff hoodwinking them or providing illogical explanations.
2. On 6 feb 2021 you dropped by to enquire about the trial, we have explained the steps to the trial treatment, and have informed you that there will be a choice of RF treatment for the eye or the jawline.
3. On the day of your appointment on 8 Feb 2021, another staff also reiterated that there is a choice of RF for either the eye or jawline, and your concern was your eye. Therefore, you have chosen the RF for your eye only. Our staff has also explained the steps to the trial treatment before proceeding with the treatment.
Two different staff has explained that there will be RF for the eye or the jawline and you have made the choice of the RF for the eyes. If you have felt that RF should be done on the entire face, when the RF eye has completed, you should have highlighted this to the staff. Instead of making a complaint after the treatment was completed. As you have made many clarifications with two different staff for the trial treatment on three separate occasions and we have explained the full details of the trial before you paid and embarked on the treatment.
Nevertheless, we want to thank you for your feedback as it increases our awareness about written consent prior to a trial treatment. As you were unsatisfied with your experience with us and requested for a refund, we have agreed to refund you the cost for the trial treatment out of goodwill.

I did the altherapy one year ago. I observed it for a whole year before I came to comment. Honestly, I don't know why this doctor Lam’s rating is so high, but the altherapy she recommended to me did not work for me at all. will never visit this clinic again.

Depending on individual's skin condition, patients see the most noticeable improvements in their skin about two to three months after they receive their Ultherapy treatment. Some might need to repeat the treatment after a year.

I have been with Ageless for around 2years now and I initially came with troubled and sensitive skin. Dr Lam was the most patient and caring doctor who explained my skin condition to me and what I should do to improve it further. She never once pushed me to do injectables knowing I was very fearful of that so she told me to make baby steps and have been helping me with my skin ever since. I’ve even signed their facial package and I love it so much as well. Many Thanks to Dr Lam and Linda :) All other therapists and staff at Ageless were very courteous and helpful as well.

I had my fillers done at Ageless and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results!
The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and address most of my concerns before the procedure.
Dr. Lam Bee Lan is a true artist! Her skill and expertise in administering the filler were evident, and I felt confident in her hands. The results that were natural-looking and exceeded my expectations.
The staff also make an effort with post-procedure care and follow-up messages/call to ensure that i was doing well.
In summary, I highly recommend Dr. Lam Bee Lan for anyone considering filler treatment. I learned later that she is an injectable global trainer.

Overall the staff are friendly and the facility itself clean, however they could do better as there are a lot of staff around yet every time I get to the location it seems like they are unsure or are unprepared for my appointment. I have an outstanding package where the machine is just a 30min procedure so when I arrive ideally the room and machine is ready and clean since these are all booked appointments, however yesterday I go there on time at 1pm, first person was like you are here? By the time I got into the actual room itself it was 1.15pm, 50% of the procedure time - it would have been better if you could at least inform me how long my waiting time will be as I do have other appointments as well.
I was not able to go through my appointment as I did not anticipate waiting for so long for them to just to set up a machine and prep a room, so literally time wasted heading all the way to orchard for nothing. We all make plans, just because I have a slot available midday on a weekday does not mean I have the time to just come right back, this requires planning and travel time and travel costs arent free, contrary to the thought that we are all loaded with money and time to be able to afford this place so can come down whenever. The "compensation" for my wasted time was to offer me a slot of my choosing next time - which I think is clearly what should already be offered to all clients of this facility regardless? I cannot comment on the doctor because I only saw her for five mins and then everything else has been done via nurses, who again to their credit are nice people who are observant but the process in this place needs to be run better, especially given there are so many staff always around yet unprepared and inconsistent. I was offered a bottle of water only this time because I was visibly upset, but the past two times, not offered, why is that?
Hopefully improvement will occur.

1. Fair the receptionist should double check my name - I agree.
2. Buffer time has nothing to do with me, of course I know how long the treatment takes given I have been there, the reason why I wrote the review in the first place was because I arrived ON TIME and was told nothing and waited for 15 mins before being brought in a room, I even went to the bathroom cos I sat there for so long. This delay made me unable to take this appointment. Why do I deserve to be treated badly after when it was your facility that was late in providing service for me, all I did was arrive on time. When I returned there was no mention of the fact that I wasted my time going there previously
3. No water was offered at all the last two times, professionalism ends with a negative review? I would think charging 3k + for a treatment package would still ensure “consistent” service.
4. Last session, photo taking - one would expect to see a before and after comparison, I was offered to view it via the camera if not be sent the pictures via whatsapp. Strange, but I agree. After the weekend it is now a “blame the inexperienced therapist” , that I was assigned to TWICE. They are unable to send me my own photos and I have to make another appointment down there to view them, just to see my photographs that is part of my package. If this was the case maybe you could have told me whilst I was there? Misleading service and overall sorely disappointed and feel extremely mistreated why would you assign me/others to someone who is inexperienced in the first place? Is that how all clients are treated? I asked for transparency in the system, but was ignored.
Reviews are constructive - if you have a client you should still provide basic service promised, I was not offered the help button the last 2 times and had to ask for it, put in a room with fan no a/c (even the therapist was fanning herself), she was also cleaning the machine with a wet wipe during my last visit as I was doing treatment, so my advice is dont write reviews because you will be treated like you do not deserve to be there.

Thank you for your feedback and we apologise if we fell short of your expectations.
We would like to clarify a few points:
1. Our therapist has politely requested your name for confirmation at the reception. We apologise if this upset you. It is important that the therapist is aware that they are attending to the right customer.
2. The duration of the treatment alone is 30 minutes. Extra time will be needed for preparation ie, Change of clothes, and applying applicators on the treatment area. It is advised to buffer 45mins to 60mins for the whole session. This has been the same for all treatment sessions. We believe that you should be aware since it was your third session that day.
3. Water is always given to the patient after every treatment session for hydration. However, the therapist gave you a bottle instead of a glass of water that day.
Nevertheless, we value all feedback from our patients and will definitely strive to provide better service to our customers.

Dr Lam is no doubt a skillfull and capable doctor. But her atitude is agressive, dismissive and she has a tendency to shut you down. She claims to know things that are not in her field of expertise and lectures you. She also tries to persuade you about procedures that are not proven. (Like getting a face full of fillers to “lift” which has been debunked by many plastic surgeons and is a very outdated approach) I had stopped going to her because of her arrogance and overall “scariness” but for some reason went against my better judgement. But thank you for reminding me.

The body treatment didn't work for me at all. In fact, it made my condition worse. However, I understand that not everyone will have the same response to the same treatment.
The thing that bothered me the most was that all the staff (including the doctor) kept changing their stories, using distracting tactics to stop me from asking more questions, not being truthful, etc. Here are some examples:
1. In the first session, they mentioned a certain percentage that would build muscle while not losing fat (as I had mentioned that that was super important to me). In the next session, when I pointed out that I was losing fat, they said that fat will definitely be lost, which made me feel like they only assured me the first time in order to receive payment from me.
2. In one of the sessions, they assured me that the body will be bigger. In the next, once they saw that that was not the case for me in side-by-side comparison photos, they said that the body has to become slimmer first in order to become bigger (which never happened and isn't even logical haha).
3. Some of the staff said that the body will be tighter with a particular setting on the machine, but that will not affect the fat percentage/ muscle percentage. When I pointed out that this wasn't the case, they changed their story (180 degrees!) and said that it will.
4. When I repeated back, "Ohhhhhh so this is the case [elaborate on what I understood]", the staff would reply, "Yes yes..." EVEN when I repeated back an entirely different thing from what they had said earlier haha. May be because they didn't want more questions to be asked.
5. One of the staff said I'll definitely feel the burn, and when I said that I didn't in the previous session, she said that that's because the other staff who did the session for me didn't use the machine correctly... (but didn't offer to redo the $500-600 session, which is fine haha but this shows that not all the staff are trained properly)
6. Whenever the doctor didn't want me to continue asking a question, she would blurt out, "Are you suffering from acne?" IN THE MIDDLE OF MY QUESTION! That would really throw me off and make me forget my question, which would give her enough time to say, "If your acne persists, let me know and I'll get you medication." and then walk out of the room.
Overall, a really weird place... On the surface, everything seems fine, but because of instances like these + the whole vibe of the place, you constantly get the feeling that they're hiding something or not telling the truth.

Just signed a package with a doctor at this clinic 2 days ago. Called in to request to speak to her but was declined. I asked if she could contact me when she is free but was also turned down. They told me that I had to make a trip down to their clinic just to ask a question. BEWARE!!!!
