Irina the Dental assistant and Dr. Meskin along with Irina at the reciption are phenomenal people. They treat you with true professionals and their level of treatment is outstanding, just as if you were a family member. I am extremely happy with the results achieved with my Dental procedures. My routine cleaning are exceptional and my invisalign returned me the smile i did not have before and was too shy to smile for. I can’t thank the entore Team and their staff enough! They are my one and only stop for all my dental procedures. I wholeheartedly appreciate everyone at the office.

I have been a patient of Aesthetic Dental Center of Hackensack for about two years. The one thing I hate about dentistry in general is any type of "upselling" or pushing product/services on people. I have never once experienced anything like that here so that's a huge plus. The other huge plus are the hygienists and the dentists. I have seen both Dr. Meskin and Dr. Zakiyev and they are polite, calm, and take their time to hear out any concerns. Sonia was my most recent hygienist, and she was so thorough yet quick; the perfect combination. Pro tip, bring quarters for street parking, it is easy to find right next to this location. Thanks, Aesthetic Dental Center of Hackensack, for making "going to the dentist" as simple as possible.

I recently visited Aesthetic Dental Health Center for a teeth cleaning, and I was attended by Sonia, the hygienist. Sonia provided excellent service—she was incredibly kind, nice, and uplifting throughout the entire visit. The teeth cleaning itself was quick, painless, and very thorough. The office was also very clean, which added to the overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Great dentist…. The receptionists are very helpful and answered all my insurance questions…. The hygienist Sonia was great, what a lovely and very educated person. She took her time cleaning my teeth, I have never had such a great cleaning done. Dr. Meskin was a very thorough dentist, explained everything to me in great detail… I will for sure be coming back to start my Invisalign. Today they scanned my teeth with a digital scanner, so no impressions with putty needed. Now we are just waiting for my Invisalign to come in so I can get started….

Sonia is the best!!! Despite I got my appointment date mixed up she went out of her way to fit me in and my daughter in!!! The staff is amazing!! Always aiming to please and make their patients happy! Thank you Sonia.... we love you!!! ♥️♥️ ♥️

Worst office you can ever go to…. I was hospital the next day I got my procedure done…. I was there for 4 days cause to a infection I got there , I been trying to get any answers, or to talk to managers o anyone and they haven’t paying attention to me, even went there to get my medical records and they didn’t want to give it to me, and I know is my Wright to get this because it has information I want to use for me to see a different dentist. Think twice before you go to this office.

Excellent Dentist. He listens to you, talks you you and the most important he is very honest , the staff very friendly 🙂

Sonia is amazing!!!

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment at Aesthetic Dental Hackensack, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Each staff member and doctor at this office is exceptional. They are friendly, caring, and truly understanding, making every visit a pleasant experience. I also get my regular teeth cleaning done here, and the quality of care is consistently excellent. A special shout out to Dr. Meskin, Dr. Z, Sonia, reception, and the rest of the staff. Their professionalism and dedication ensure every treatment is smooth and successful. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!

Hygienist was incredibly kind and professional she went above and beyond to identify my concerns. Staff was great as well, would highly recommend.

Update to the below: The owner of the dental practice called me after seeing this review and was extremely apologetic and told me that he had a staff meeting to get to the bottom of these issues and what went wrong. He asked that I give the practice another chance at his sister office in Ridgefield Park. Because they take my children's dental insurance (many dental offices don't), I agreed to try them out. I had a nice experience there and continue to go there. I will not delete my prior review, as that was my experience and I think others should know, however, I have updated the number of stars from 2 to 4 and have shared this update so that others will see that the owner does care and works hard to correct bad experiences. My children (ages 10 and 15) had been going to Aesthetic Dental Center for many years (since it was previously called Pangborn Dental at a prior location). Until recently, I have had nothing but good things to say about the facility, particularly at its new location after the name change. However, I recently had an entirely unprofessional and completely avoidable experience with the office that has changed my view and they have lost my family's business because of it. After waiting 6 months for my children's 6-month check-ups, I got a missed call from the office the day of my kids' appointments with no voicemail. I called back the office and there was no answer so I left a voicemail asking if they needed me, but otherwise if I didn't hear from them we would be there later for our appointments. Never got a call back. I took the kids out of school a little early, left work and went there, only to be told by the receptionist at the front desk that the office no longer has a pediatric dentist on staff and I would have to find a new dentist for my younger child. Also, while my older child could still be seen in the office because he was now 15, they didn't have a dentist free that day to see him. I asked when they lost their pediatric dentist, and they said within the past few MONTHS. I asked why I wasn't told about this months ago so that I could have found a new dentist and not wasted my time coming. The receptionist claimed that she called and left a message for me the day prior about this. I showed her my phone that there were no missed calls or voicemails from the dentist office that day or any day prior. She continued to insist that she had called. No apology or acknowledgment that they should have called me right away when they stopped seeing children and/or didn't have a dentist free for my older child. Instead, I took off work early, we drove to Hackensack, all to have our time wasted. The office acted like I was wasting their time by even questioning them about the lack of timely communication. Absolutely will never go there again, even if they get a pediatric dentist again in the future, and certainly not for my older child either. They lost long-time customers that day.
