I have been here few times,
I ordered an omelet with sun dried tomatoes. I received an omelet with regular tomatoes. I spoke with the manager and told him the problem. He told ne that they ran out of the sun dried tomatoes, that's fine but let the customer know. I don't like fresh tomatoes in my omelet.
I went back and order the same omelet, same thing happened again. Here's the problem. Sun dried tomatoes are very expensive, especially if they are packed in olive oil. So don't advertise sun dried tomatoes on your menu, just say tomatoes.

Great place to dine. The ambiance is very beaitful. Lots of choices in their menu. I tried their beef sanwich. I was very good and taste so good with hot coffee. Would come back to try another dish

Everything is soooo bland! Almost zero flavor! They are extremely over priced. On top of it, I had a server fight with my little sister for ordering off the kids menu saying “It says kids 12&under” “you’re not 12”. When she was 10 at the time! Our food took some time, but it wasnt worth it even if it was a 5 minutes wait. This is probably the worst place they could’ve put in place of Sunmist.
Lake st. Cafe is the opposite of homie, it is the opposite of appetizing. I couldn’t find one thing I liked about it.

Such a refreshing change to an old mainstay of the community! Staff is knowledgeable and super friendly and Jose our server was AMAZING!! Everyone working there was so happy which shows that they love being there and are being made happy to stay. You know you’ve got a good thing going when the place is busy and there’s people waiting to be seated. Definitely will be back. Thank you for a great breakfast

Lovely place with well-thought-out, comfortable seating. Wasn't loud and you weren't sitting super close to the other tables which was super nice. Service was fast, attentive and friendly. We got to see the fresh squeezed orange juice machine in action (quite impressive!) and the juice itself wonderful. We couldn't believe how fast our food came out, and everything was exactly as we ordered. The breakfast skillet potatoes were probably the best I've had and the rest of my dish super tasty too! Would definitely return!

Great place for breakfast or lunch. I enjoyed a very hearty breakfast here before work. The food is delicious with warm friendly hospitality from the staff. The price was very competitive of other restaurants in the area. For a great start to your day, Lake St Cafe is one place to make that just be the case.
