After moving 1200 miles from another state my computer was so messed up I needed help getting it working again. Being new in town with no idea who to call and needing someone who could come to my home I checked online. Adam's Mobile PC Service had 113 reviews, all of which were 5 Stars. I read several of them and decided to take a chance and call him hoping it wouldn't take too many days to get an appointment. I explained my problem and Adam told me it should take about an hour to fix it, what his charge would be and that he could be to me in two hours! It did and he was! As other reviewers have stated, he was patient, explained things in a way a very nontechnical person could understand and did not make me feel like a complete dummy.
He even made some suggestions for a wireless keyboard and mouse for my computer. I feel so blessed to have found him and will not hesitate to call him again if the need arises. I am pleased to add another 5 Star review to his list. He is amazing and I highly recommend his service.

Had a wonderful experience working with Adam! My laptop was being jankier than ever, and we had no idea what exactly was wrong with it. Dropped it off at Adam's place, and he did everything he could to figure out the issue. Finally discovered that it was a motherboard issue (manufacturing fault that's gonna have to be sent in for a warranty repair), and though we could have just stopped there, he even offered to help transfer the ≈315,000 files over to a thumb drive so I could still have everything to transfer over to a new laptop if needed. We had frequent updates and the price was more than reasonable (Best Buy was about to charge us $100 for diagnostics alone). Would highly recommend Adam for anyone needing a quick and effective tech repairman!

He is a mobile service, so he will go to your house, don't be like me and show up to a random house. (Unless he tells you otherwise) He was kind and helpful, even though I messed up my laptop in the most confusing way possible.

Adam was fabulous in helping my 93 year-old, pretty tech savvy mother in diagnosing problems in her old computer and setting up her new laptop. He is very knowledgeable, honest, patient, and kind. Was originally going to drop off my PC to Adam but had some stuff come up and asked 30 minutes prior to my appointment if we could reschedule for him to come to me instead. Instead of pushing it to the next day he was at my door in 30 minutes. Had my PC up and running in less than an hour and gave me some helpful tips and suggestions for software and hardware adjustments. Absolutely 100% worth the time and money.
