Total project went smoothly from start to finish. Belle was efficient and communicating on a regular basis as the project started to come together. Very helpful when completing paperwork for HOA approval and had conversations as to approved materials to be sure we were in compliance. Once approved project ran efficiently and in a timely manner. Materials delivered and crew immediately began work. Tarps were placed around the perimeter of the house so there was protection for plants and shrubs. Patricia, the project manager, was onsite when project began and returned through your the day. Communicated either in person or via phone so updates were given throughout the day. As roof was nearing completion, clean-up began and magnetic brooms were utilized. I had communicated via phone with some questions so Patricia, the project manager, returned with a roofing chief and addressed all my questions and concerns. One member of the crew had remained onsite until this was completed. Inside pipes were checked to insure nothing had become disconnected or damaged during the roofing. A crew member returned the following day to remedy an aesthetic issue with the roof. Patricia followed up with a phone call to insure I was satisfied and happy with the outcome.
